This company is just a front for a SCAM called CompleteSave. At one stage of the purchase process they present you a "Continue" button that is actually a sign-up for a scheme to illegally deduct 15 pound a month from you. This is a highly deceptive and almost certainly illegal practice. You never receive any confirmation email, there is no cooling off period, no terms and conditions click through.
