I ordered personalised phone covers for my daughters birthday they sent the wrong covers twice. I returned both as requested for a full refund they have only refunded one. Still waiting for the other refund. Their customer service is uncontactable by phone due to Covid so email is the only way. Absolute incompetence DO NOT use this company
