I ordered food at 8:50 and waited an hour and a half for my food to never arrive. I tracked the driver going to the restaurant after they pushed my estimated time back twice and then received a cancellation message. No one was actually helpful even though I contacted three different customer service people and they all told me the same thing and I’m sure the driver just took my food. Lame as hell. I’d give it negative stars if I could.
