I had ordered from Wendy’s and I was missing items. I reached out to Wendy’s and they didn’t answer the phone so I reached out to GrubHub through Amazon prime account and the person was very nice. Then I got a email stating that the order has been re-ordered and it will be arriving shortly to 2:35 ETA time at 2:11pm. Reach back out to GrubHub and they told me that it was a lie. I even gave him the number I received the email.
