Absolutely unacceptable service two delays to get my order that got canceled after two hrs and the insult was the 5 dollar coupon they offered and this is not the first time i have had this happen from them think they need to rethink how they run there business

We have had Grubhub for a long time but within the last 3 months our orders have been going to a different address in another city. So I will be canceling my membership with Grubhub since they do not know how to correct my address . Very tired of calling customer service.

Multiple issues with drivers not delivery order to address, following directions, and just placing them anywhere on the street (literally). Most recent experience I placed an order to be delivered to my job, I work at the hospital. There should not have been any confusion but I still texted driver, and called driver to give instructions and to help. It was delayed twice. They ignored my texts, didn’t even speak English, and hung up on me as I tried to meet them where they were. I watched his tracker stop for 10 mins. I notified Grubhub, and that inconvenience got me a whooping $5 credit, and then the guy leaves my food on the street. So not only am I starving, 10 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break is gone and I have no time to go searching for my food. I spend 15 mins in my cafeteria to get to shove 4 fries in my mouth before heading back to the operating room to finish out my 12 HOUR shift. They don’t care how much of an inconvenience it is when drivers don’t care to delivery your food. This happens way too much from Grubhub, but it never has happened to me using DoorDash or UberEats. Quality drivers over quantity. I won’t be using them again.

They have delivered 2 orders to wrong address and don't seem bothered when you ask for help. Will never use them again.

I ordered food off the Whataburger App at 9 yesterday & they use grubhub for delivery I wasn’t aware and haven’t even received my food and my order was cancelled but yet it was picked up. I don’t have grubhub app so customer service wasn’t any help and I have to wait for my bank to refund me back if possible.

I placed an order to Taco Bell through GrubHub of coarse. I received my order. As I looked at my bank account I was charged for an extra order. I contacted chat and chatted with Ahamed Fawaz I asked for the charge to be debited back to my card he said no and said I could receive the same order or cancel this order for a later credit. I asked if I could receive a drink along with credit for my inconvenience? No-again. They offered to give me a$5.00 coupon on a future order. I was appalled because I had a mishap once before on an order with grub Hub and a supervisor called me apologizing and giving me reductions off of food as well as a free delivery courtesy, yet I couldn't get a drink? Later on two supervisors(Ralalyn, Manilyn,) texted me stating that I could get credit for the order or cancel the order and get credit for another order up to the previous amount; mentioning that I had ninety days before this credit expired.(I had mentioned previously that I might pick it up the next day . I called back and requested to speak to a supervisor. to make a long story short; He lied and said he could not give me my refund back on my card, couldn't credit me the full refund on my food, and that the $5.00 for the next time Order, will be my credit for the money that was taken out of my bank. While mentioning the reason: Taco Bell insisted that I received the food and that GrubHub said I had already received credit and there was nothing else that could be done unless I file a dispute. This establishment is nothing like it use to be where people cared about their customers as well as the company they worked for. I'll try my best not to use GrubHub again. I will certainly remove them from my (app)

Order was 40 mun late. Food was ice cold fries inedible and soda was flat. I’ve had problems with delivery every time but not to this extent. Grub hub did nothing to compensate for their error.

GrubHub continually has problems with our orders. I don't know how they stay in business. I got a message stating the order was on the way to my home (but it wasn't) then the delivery time changed to an hour later and no one was heading over to the restaurant. I waited a while and called the restaurant and the prepared order was still sitting on the counter waiting to be picked up. I used the complaint process with GH which is of no help and wanted a refund but they refused. They finally got a driver to head over there and deliver it an hour late. Of course the food was cold. $5 credit isn't good enough to take care of the frustration they are causing the customer. On another order from KFC only 1 of my items was correct which was more KFC's fault but there's no satisfactory way to complain and get things corrected. I'm not going to use GH any longer, have had to many problems.

GrubHub is the worst delivery company of all of them do not use them they continually make terrible experiences for their customers they do not deliver the order at all or they deliver to the wrong house or the order is wrong they accept zero responsibility and if you have received refunds for those missed deliveries or deliveries to the wrong house they will stop giving you any credit for it at all they don't care they acknowledge that the delivery was to the wrong house and they still refuse to give a refund so buyer beware

We have been good loyal customers and never had an issue until this past Friday when we ordered from Verona Pizza in Upper Darby thru Grub hub and first time we decided to pick up instead of delivery while using the app. We were told on order it would be 20-30 mins for pick up. My husband went 20 mins and order wasn't ready they said it would be awhile. He waited another half hour and finally went up to counter to ask the status. And how much longer. He was told it didn't even go in oven yet and would be awhile longer. My husband was frustrated and said never mine cancel my order and please refund me and left. I then get an automated text from Grub Hub as I usually do asking for my review and feedback. In comments I wrote what happened and that we cancelled order. When you request cancellation from any 3rd party they tell you it takes a couple business days for transaction to show up in your account. This was a Friday night after the business day. In any event we didn't think to check our bank statement on line until late yesterday (Thursday evening) to find out that our order was never cancelled by Verona Pizza and we were charged $143. Grub Hub just lost a good customer and I will never do business with them or Verona Pizza!

Had 2 orders canceled this week after multiple delays. They tried to give me the $5 reward i refused bc this is on them I demanded a refund and I won't be using them anymore. This is ridiculous they used to be ok but this is too much inconsistency

Perhaps it is because of the economy, but the drivers at Grubhub have begun to steal the orders. They will post a dummy photo to say it was delivered. The photo should show where the meal was placed. Instead the photo will either be all black or it will just be a photo of the bag. Usually, it will show that the order was delivered much earlier than expected (15-20 minutes). This has happened twice in the last six weeks. I'm guessing this is a trend because if i just reorder, they will then require a code. I think it's best to not allow them to just "leave" the meal. It should be a face-to-face handoff. It might keep bad actors from stealing. This really is the poor stealing from the poor. The economy gets redistributed one way or another - and its usually not the people who can afford it who gets shafted. Grubhub not really helpful. They just kinda shrug through the chat and say sorry a lot.

GrubHub, always sent orders to restaurants late and the deliveries are always late. The chat website is terrible. they think giving $5.00 reward is enough. You expect the order delivery on time not the $5.00 reward.

I was missing an item. The guy said he was a manager when I called and he wouldn’t refund me 17.43 The driver told me he contacted Grubhub for me to call them he let them know the item was missing. I couldn’t get through on the app. It’s not the first time it’s happened to me so because I was missing items before I wasn’t eligible for a refund.

The credit card I had on file for them has just been compromised for the fourth time in 10 months. I contacted their chat support and said delete my account now! They tried to get me to continue, I said I don’t care! I just deleted their app from my phone!

I placed an order at 9:39 PM for my boyfriend. They continue to place the order out one hour at a time until the final time for delivery was 12:18 AM. multiple attempts at customer service only offered me a five dollar coupon. They kept trying to get me to cancel the order. I expressed to them he has not eaten could not leave the hotel and due to them continuing to delay our order everything in the area was now closed. They gave me a $10 refund and then promptly canceled my order 20 minutes later. It’s so ridiculous. Terrible customer service. I’m going to delete my account.

DO NOT GET GRUBHUB. Terrible experience.The expense for the delivery fee, drivers tip, and some sort of processing fee added half the expense of the food alone($80) to the total bill. Also, we ordered our food at five twenty P.M. and grubhub said it would be here at six. Then, it said it would be here at six forty. Finally it said it was getting PICKED UP at seven ten, so we called the restaurant and they said that we should cancel the order, come pick it up and it’s free. So overall terrible service from grubhub. Get DoorDash instead.
