I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with Grubhub was so frustrating that I had to share. I placed an order and waited well over an hour — with no updates, no communication, and absolutely no help from customer service. I tried reaching out multiple times, and every response felt generic and unhelpful. It got so bad that I ended up reordering the exact same meal on DoorDash, and they delivered it quickly and without any issues. The lady on the phone told me false information stating that the place I was ordering from wasent taking orders. Between the delays, the lack of accountability, and awful customer support, I’ll be sticking to DoorDash from now on. I wish I could give them 0 stars because it’s horrible.

Denied refund when shopper did not deliver what i asked for but grub hub refused to refund me ! I will never use grub hub again

I gave one star because there was no option for 0 stars. I ordered a meal for my family consisting of several different items. When the meal arrive, we only received have of the order. The meals for my children were not in the order. We called customer care and they said they could only offer half a refund. I suggested that they bring the entire order so my family could eat together, or offer a full refund so we could reorder. they outright refused to work with me. We used to use Grubhub once a week. I will no longer use their service.

Paid for $47 lunch... Driver never delivered... cancelled order... grubhub claims gave refund... I will never use them again...

Not to be that guy but it was melted by the time it got here although I did have it delivered from rockwall,tx to Royse city,tx I would have liked a warning.

I’d give a zero if I could. The driver took a picture of our food from his front seat and then stole our food. I called grubhub directly and all they said over and over again was “thank you for bringing this to our attention we will make note of it.” Not the first time this has happened with grubhub, I’d highly recommend using other apps.

I Think grub hub is a good company. It's the drivers that ruin them. I think grubhub needs to go through and make sure that they can pass elementary school education,, make sure that they can use Google,,type an address in,,and follow it. They will make it right,,, when they are wrong.

Their drivers don't know how to read directions and continuously deliver to the wrong address. Gh will provide a code for drivers to verify. Order with customers, but they don't use it. Horrible, Horrible,Horrible.

Order was to arrive at 7 am and I get an e-mail at 7am that says my order was cancelled. When I called, they said it was cancelled because they could not find a driver to deliver

Wow. I know I live in the stix, but whataburger is 5 minutes away. 2 hours later estimated delivery. And just got an update thelat my order was cancelled. Will never use this service again.

Never received our order and they said they couldn’t be refund as there had been too much activity on our account that I used for the first time tonight. Feel totally conned. Will never use this service again

Used GrubHub for the first time today not only did they miss half our order, I had to go to Pizza Hut and pick it up and still pay more money, and grubhub only reimburse part of our money. So disappointed !!!

This is the worst service I have ever used and will never use it again . Waited 2 hours for my order only for them to cxl it and kept updating saying it was on it way. I called the store and was told my order was never picked up and unfortunately it was threw away because the store was closed. GrubHub can go to HELL.

I have Grubhub+ Membership because of Amazon Prime. I have never checked my bank account for the refund since they tell me I will still get it. It's been a year or two and noticed that they never give me the refund. It was also my bad for not checking it. Never ever using this platform again. I'd rather use DoorDash or UberEats than this fraud app.

If I could say negative 10 stars I would. This was my first experience with Grubhub. I pre-order 2 hours before I wanted food delivered and it came 30min past the specified time. I called the restaurant and they said they had no delivery orders. I noticed the grubhub driver had supposedly been waiting on order for 15min. I reached out to him and he stated the order was just getting done. As a reminder, the restaurant (Captain 'D') already stated there were no online orders and I needed to contact Grubhub directly. I did that and the response was they saw no order for me or where the delivery driver was from. They said I would have to contact the restaurant directly. I gave up on the idea that either company was going to own there mistake. Doordash is much better.
