“Reading these reviews is very enlightening. I should’ve read them before ordering from Grubhub. Over a week ago ordered from Burger King. This had to have been 730 at night. They said I’d get my food by 8:30 then they kept pushing the time until they said I’d get it by 10:30 and then cancel my order. I have been waiting for a $34 refund. They’re telling me they released it and it’s on my bank to give it to me. Don’t order from Grubhub this is the second time they have done this to me the first time I did get my refund, but it took forever. They offered me a coupon. I said no thank you I am never using your services again. It is very important to read reviews before using certain services. Just say no to Grubhub.”

“Don’t waste your time. It takes hours before your food arrives. They obviously don’t have a lot of drivers. I’ve have been disappointment numerous times and decided not use them again.”

“Be VERY CAREFUL when ordering from EXCLUSIVE OFFERS thru GRUBHUB PLACED order for POTBELLY SANDWICH WORKS for a free sub with a $20 order. One would think your order of more than $20.00 would qualify. But the trick is that as part of your order, you also need to order the FREE SANDWICH. A order with only the first sub (correct choice specified in offer) does not automatically trigger system to add the FREE SANDWICH to your order.”

“Never received order they said was delivered. Clearly it’s sitting in the passenger seat from the picture they texted me when saying it was delivered. I called Grubhub and received a refund and a 10.00 off coupon and advised them they may want to check out some of their delivery people who are obviously stealing food.”

“I ordered gr ubhub delivery so my mom didn't have to cook on Mother's Day. After nearly 3 hours The driver said she never got the order, 10 minutes later I got a text that my order was canceled. They took my money immediately but couldn't let me now I wouldn't get my food?”

“Grabbing is sucks they don’t pay enough to driver they keep giving me a orders $2-$3 dollar takes me 11 miles 12 miles or more miles they should not do that to driver you know gas prices high who is going to deliver that kind of order”

“I am a grabhub driver and I keep getting the orders 18 miles delivery takes they pay me $4.87 and $2.00 takes me 11 miles that is ridiculous screw Grubhub why don’t you come out do that kind the order”

“I ordered a whopper and a medium fries. the total was $20.25. Pricey for just that, but when my order arrived there was no whopper and a small order of cold fries. The food was late and the order wasn't right. I was told there was no whopper on the order, then they charged me $20.25 for a small order of cold fries. The AI agent was useless and didn't help, just stalls for time. Customer care isn't any better. They offered $5 off my next grubhub order. Like I would order from them ever again. What a lousy business they are. I'm using DoorDash from now on.”

“Tried GrubHub for the first time because I have Grub Hub Plus because of Amazon. I couldn’t get a driver to accept my order after an hour until i added more tip. I’ve ordered from doordash and never had this problem. It’s not worth it.”

“I ordered food with a gift card at 12:41 PM. At 2:12 PM it was still not delivered. I then received an email saying the order was canceled. I will never use Grub Hub again.”

“I just watched my driver pick my food up from a restaurant just 1 mile away and proceed to drive to the next town over before coming back to deliver my food. Ended up being almost an hour late and cold by the time it arrived. Why would you pick my food up just to leave it in the back of your car and drive over 10 miles away before bring it back? Anyways, I didn't eat the food and am never ordering with them again. I've had more than a few bad experiences ordering through grubhub but this was the last straw.”
