I ordered a cheeseburger and fries from portillos. when my order came the bag was too heavy, I told the driver it wasn't my order. he got BELLIGERENT with me and INSISTED it was mine, so I took it. it was a double cheeseburger, a cheeseburger, 3 orders of cheese fries and 2 hot dogs. so WAS NOT my order. ALL OF THE FOOD WAS COLD.......horrible experience. won't use GrubHub again.

Driver had no clue on following directions, food cold and soggy. Customers service useless, I don’t want a credit when food is unacceptable. I won’t use their service again

Your service socks, company contracts folks that aren't reading something so simple as an address. I ordered food and the driver went next door. I texted the driver next door. He drops it off at the house next to theirs. Seriously reading should be mandatory as well as how to know what to look for when GPS isn't accurate.

I do not use Grubhub. Today I gave it a chance. The delivery driver missed my turn and when I texted her she did not answer. When she finally arrived my son was downstairs on the phone she claimed she could not give my son the food because of the 2 digit code. I explained to her there was no 2 digit code to give even though my son told her it’s the correct name and phone number. When I told her iam coming downstairs to show her there’s no 2 digit code she decided to take off with my food with my son standing in the cold. She saw me coming down the street and pulled off. I call this so called “D” lady over several times and she kept sending my calls to voicemail. She also said the food was delivered when it wasn’t. Grubhub should ban her but won’t. She will continue to do the same to other people and they do not care. She will continue to take customers food for FREE because she didn’t pay for it and there are ZERO consequences to her actions. Customer service was horrible. The first rep sent me straight to a surgery. The second rep had zero anything (compassion, empathy, remorse, zero care)All they wanted to do was send out another order or give a refund. I would have never went through something like this from Uber eats or DoorDash they ban people like that immediately. Grubhub does NOT care about their customers they only care about their so called drivers who takes people food. If I could give this ZERO stars I would ! I would recommend any and everyone to NEVER use this app.

Ordered extra crispy chicken from kfc (7 piece double mash meal) and they sent me some original soggy chicken instead, I contacted Grubhub support and they would not help or refund me anything, I was told I wasn’t able to get a refund because of unusual complaints? My order gets messed up and I have to just take a loss according to this company.. and now it’s not even letting me upload the photos of the soggy original chicken I received smh

Horrible service. I've tried them twice. I only tried them the second time to use my $7.00 credit from the first time. Orders never arrives on time no matter how many delayed notifications you receive. When it does show up I've wasted my money because I'm afraid to eat it due to food borne bacteria. Hot foods are cold. Cold foods are hot Salads are heat wilted. I got the service as an Amazon perk. Not worth it.

Every time I order from them they give me an inaccurate time frame of delivery which usually ends up in this case taking 2 hours and when you say something to them about it all they give you is excuses and half the time that I order from them my food never even gets delivered to the correct address personally I see why everyone prefers doordash at least they can get it right

To grubhub I've order several times & never get the correct order or they did t deliver it at all. I'm tired of dealing with a one star establishment. All their reviews are 1 star reviews .

I have ordered 2 times from grub hub . The first time my food was over cooked and inedible . It was a 60 dollar order , they gave me 5 bucks back . Today I ordered 65 dollar order and it was delivered to the wrong house and they said since I’ve been credited 5 bucks one time previously

I've tried Grub Hub 3 times and three times they didn't deliver me the right food or any food. I'll not be trying a fourth time. Waste of money for horrible customer service and drivers.

Grubhub is the worst! I place an order and it gets delayed. Then it gets delayed again and again and again and again. Then when I'm really aggravated and about to pass out from a lack of sustenance, I cancel the order....always a bunch of flack before they will cancel it. Then I eventually eat a bowl of cereal. I don't know why I put myself through this but I promise I will not be doing it again!!

Never receive my food and it’s always cold everytime. The dashers are horrible and can never take responsibility for anything.

Ordered two meals from McDonald's, all that arrived was a single burger. Called the driver and he told us "not my problem" then hung up, called grub hub, same response. Called McDonald's, they won't refund and had the rest if our food but threw it away. Yeah it's easier and cheaper to just go yourself. This company needs to die off.

an issue with the 40% off first order promotion. The discount was applied correctly when I first placed my order. However, after I went to modify the order, the promotion was removed. When I noticed the total had increased, I changed the order back to the original items, but the discount did not return. Because of this, I ended up paying $33 instead of $25. If the promotion had applied correctly to the modified order, the total would have been about $44, but instead the discount was removed completely. This was frustrating, as the promotion disappeared simply from modifying the order, and there was no warning that this would happen. I would appreciate this being reviewed and corrected.

The worst business ever!! Deserves 0 stars. I placed an order today, the driver did not deliver my order to my address. Reached out to customer support, the supervisor told me she won’t be refunding me. Let her know I had proof, she still wouldn’t. I need my money back. Idc

First our order showed as out for delivery, then it showed as not having a driver, then a new driver was assigned, then that driver personally called me to say the establishment told them someone else had picked up the order. While I was in the grubhub help chat trying to get help, I got the email saying there was a delivery issue and they cancelled the order AND kicked me out of the chat. When I was finally able to get back in the chat, there rep Franklin was not interested in making this right at all and tried to make me feel like I was mistaken about the whole situation. This is completely unacceptable. I will be investigating how to lodge a formal complaint against the company and will be moving my business to another delivery service from here on out.

Grubhub will let you place an order but then they cancel it and say the store is closed. I call the store and they are open. Grubhub wants your money but doesn't want to deliver. They even tell you that you wrong when you call and tell them the store is open. Grubhub sucks.
