My food was sitting outside for nearly an hour. Delivery time was 10:10 it was found at 10:52. The app never updated to say it was "out for delivery." Instead, it kept pushing the estimated delivery time back, so I assumed the restaurant was running behind. Then I received a notification that my delivery was delayed. I called customer support, and they informed me that the order had already been delivered and told me to check outside. The timestamp on the bag showed it had been delivered nearly an hour earlier, and the Grubhub representative confirmed that the app had been providing incorrect updates. My $70 order was completely cold. After being placed on hold and transferred multiple times, I was told there was nothing they could do because the issue was "cold food." This was especially upsetting because I was dealing with morning sickness and needed to feed my family. We don't use microwaves, so reheating the food wasn't an easy option. When I started opening the containers, five flies flew out. No doubt this was because the food had been sitting outside for so long. I will never support Grubhub again

It took an hour for my food to be delivered. Food was cold. It was my first and last time using grubhub. I wish I had read the reviews before I used them. And no refund, only $10 credit which I will not be using. Deleted the app immediately and closed mu account. I don't recommend them to anyone.

I placed an order with GrubHub and saw that no delivery driver had accepted the delivery. Then I saw the delivery time extended four times until the delivery time was to take an hour and a half long to get my order. After contacting the GrubHub AI response app they refused to refund my money or cancel my order. They offered me a $10 credit on my next delivery for the issue. That being said, my order arrived an hour and a half late, and all of my food was ice cold. This is unacceptable! The saddest part is while I was waiting for my GrubHub order. I placed an order through DoorDash and it arrived 35 minutes before my GrubHub order did, and was delivered in 20 minutes. Lol I have deleted the GrubHub app and will not be ordering again. I recommend anyone else do the same.

Worst service! Always use Uber Eats don’t waste your time. The food is cold, they deliver to the wrong place and take zero accountability for any errors and literally out of the 20 orders we have gotten maybe 2 have been without error.

The incompetence of food delivery people knows no bounds. I ordered 5 gyro plate and they gave me only two and the delivery person wants to explain to me that he can't open the bag. I tell him but you can check the block and the bag also shows that there are not 5 plate in it but only 2 and he says it's not his fault. After a while the restaurant owner called me saying that the food delivery person left the other 3 plate there. It's terrible and they don't speak English often, and this is not the first time that I don't get what I ordered or I have to call 1.5 hours later to find out where the food is.

I gave a specific pickup time because I was working. They sent me an email confirming an early time. I used the chat to try to change the time to what I asked for, but no one could do it, and they just told me they could not help me. Awful experience. Did not help to rectify the situation.

The delivery driver delivered food to the wrong place and they will not give me refined as I say.Too many refunds before, but the drivers and the restaurants keep messing up my orders.And there's no reason I should have to deal with incompetence at this level I tell them to just reorder my food that say they can't the drivers are always parking in handicap spots the incompetence is mind boggling and its among many drivers

This is the 4th time my order was delivered to another place and the driver states it was delivered. A picture of an Einstein bag was all I got. I called Einstein, they apologized and stated they would make my order again, but I would have to come and pick it up, which I would not do. Going thru my Amazon/Grubhub account was a convenience and these past few months have been a nightmare. Speaking with customer service for Grubhub, after not getting my orders prior to this, I would get a partial refund, I am sure the drivers received their tips too. After 2 other orders, they advised me I was a habitual complainer in so many words. So, I will not use Grubhub again and the firm where I work has been told my issues. Grubhub Sucks Big Time!

Ordered my food here in Bend Oregon from taco bell less than 10 minutes from business. Ordered at 2:30 did not get order till after 4 pm. Plus food was cold. Pathetic service.

I didn't receive my food only drinks. The driver left and grub hub did not refund my money over $60 The supervisor stated they would give me $5 for future credit. I'm left with no refund or food. Unacceptable

Waaauuu, the worst customer service person, I just called to get some information about open a new business account, and the person who *supposed * to help me , the worst experience ever, very rude, very nasty….not for this job!(Im sorry about this review grubbing)!

Shortly after placing an order to be delivered at 6:00, I received a text telling me I would receive the order in an hour when I wouldn't be at home. I spent a great deal of time with a very apologetic woman at grubHub who said she couldn't change the delivery time or cancel my order. What could she do beyond say she's so sorry many. many times? Eventually, I received a text telling me that my order had been delivered and then an email stating that my order had been cancelled and I will get a refund.

I ordered six tacos on Sunday. I didn’t get my tacos. Durango shop made my tacos and gave it to the driver which I think he ate it not to mention I call up customer service to ask them if there’s something they can do to help me out so I can get my food and eat dinner with my husband. They wouldn’t do nothing for me. They won’t give me my money back. They disconnected the call on me four different times with numerous different people that I spoke with. I don’t understand what the problem is. It’s only $28 and they wouldn’t give me nothing in return. I will never order from them ever again.

I live on a block that has 2 apartment buildings, each at opposite ends of the block, with different addresses and huge signs in the front of the buildings with the address on them. 3 times, twice yesterday, Grubhub drivers left my food at the wrong building. Yesterday when the first driver sent me a picture of the wrong apartment and I immediately called him, he wouldn't answer his phone, so silly me I contacted Grubhub and instead of getting a refund, I okayed a redelivery. Same thing happened!

Delivery was made over 1.5 hours after the order was ready. I tried to chat with customer service and the AI bot told me there’s nothing they can do. I spent $24 for inedible food and an undeserved tip. I tried to get a refund and customer service bot says chat ended so there is no recourse

This whole process is PAINFUL! WHY? Anyone in the service business know that registering and ordering should be 1. EASY 2. LIMITED NAVAGATION 3.CONFIRMATION Not everyone is tech savvy. You are leaving out a whole generation of potential clientel.
