“Every order that I have made, in the last year, there has been something missing. It's ridiculous. And, moreover, it doesn't matter from where I order, like clock work, something will be missing. Grub hub get it together or do better with vetting your drivers, for god's sake!”

“They don't even care if the food is cold by the time you get it. They offer a $5.00 credit for a $60 order. You know what....DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. No matter how hungry you are and you don't want to leave your house. This system is broken. Dont' do it”

“I had repeated missing or wrong orders, and was told I would get a refund and they never came through. I think they just lie and tell you that you’ll get a refund , but I never received any. I had multiple missing and wrong orders.”

“Didn't address issue at all I will contact a lawyer if you don't fix this NOW Update ticket requester Ro-ro December 8, 2024 at 9:56 AM I ordered from jack in the box last night dec 7th 5:44 pm ticket time. All of my drinks were missing and only 1 item was even close to right. The drive is the reason for this email. When they arrived with my food there were 3 people in the car Ashley the assigned driver was in the front passenger seat half naked. When I complained that there is only to be the driver in the vehicle and that my drinks were missing she yelled "fuck you faggot." I demand a full refund and credits equal to the total order ($140) if this isn't done by 9 am Monday morning I will be filing a formal complaint with the bbb and the FTC in addition to filing criminal charges. 2 of your alleged supervisors hung up on me during my complaint. I asked to speak to the 2nd one's supervisor which violates several federal telecommunications laws and carrys a 10,000 dollar fine for the employee and grubhub as a company in addition to 6 months jail time for the offending employee. I am writing this email in hopes of coming to a reasonable conclusion but im not going to let it go until I see the afore mentioned refund and credit, if I have to go to the authorities it will cost you millions and I won't hesitate to file. I'm giving you a chance I suggest you take it”

“Grub hub is a bunch of thieves. This is 2 days in a row that I didn't receive my order. Yesterday my order was delivered to my neighbors house and today it says it was delivered and the driver took a picture of some trees and my order was no where and I called the restaurant and they even said they have not received any grub hub orders today. Just a big scam. I even tipped the driver $10. It clearly stated what kind of car was parked in front of the house I'm at and they still messed it up. I called grub hub and even did the chat thing and got no where so I'm out another $30. Don't ever order from this app people it's a big scam”

“I ORDERED MY FOOD AT 4:32 THEY SAID DELIVERY AT 5:18 TO 5:33 THEN CHANGED THE TIME TO 6:12 THEY CHANGED IT AGAIN I RECIVEVED MY FOOD AT 6:42 APPROXIMATELY OVER 2 HOURS FROM THE TIME I ORDERED THE FOOD WAS COLD AND STALE SINCE IT SAT IN THE RESTAURANT FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS THEN TO TOP IT OFF IT WAS A GUY ON A BIKE IF THEY DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE DRIVERS BIKERS AVAILABLE THEY SHOULD DECLINE THE ORDER THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THIS WEEK THIS HAPPENS -- I WO9ULD HAVE USED UBER EATS --THIS IS HORRIBLE”

“If you *LOVE* paying double the price of the cost of the food, watching your driver pick up your order from a restaurant one to two miles away, watching them drive past your location to drive an additional eight to ten miles away, and THEN make their way back to deliver your now cold food, then this is the app for you. Depending on the week, this can happen anywhere from 40% to 75% of the times your order. Tipping generously does not seem to make a difference either way.”

“My food almost always comes late as drivers take side trips off the path, and 90% of the time, I have missing items or incorrect order fulfillment. I've had to go to restaurants to pick up the food as the restaurant wasn't vetted properly as pickup only. Plus I often get different delivery drivers than posted as delivery agent. This tends to lead me to believe they aren't properly vetting their drivers.”

“Driver who accepted order was extremely far away from restaurant. I had no chance to cancel. By the time online chat agent offered to cancel, the driver was almost to the restaurant. Then the agent prematurely canceled the order when I inquired about a partial refund instead of a credit. Maddening experience. I'm concerned the driver was not compensated for the long drive he made. Poor customer service and a poor experience for the driver, I assume, too.”

“Out of 6 orders the last 30 days, 4 of them were either missing items or prepared wrong. When I reported an incorrectly prepared order tonight (and sent them photos showing how it was clearly wrong) the rep in chat told me I’ve reported too many orders and despite the photos proving my claim, they couldn’t issue a refund as a result. I get that there are people that will file false claims but I send photos of every wrong order. I should be able to either get what I ordered nd paid for, or they refund me.”

“I placed an order an hour ahead of time so the store will have no excuse not to deliver on time but it still went to over an hour and the order was not delivered. Not only that I did not get my order but it's as if I had no choice but to cancel the order because they had no idea what went wrong. So frustrated and soooo hungry waiting for nothing.”
