I was missing an item. The guy said he was a manager when I called and he wouldn’t refund me 17.43 The driver told me he contacted Grubhub for me to call them he let them know the item was missing. I couldn’t get through on the app. It’s not the first time it’s happened to me so because I was missing items before I wasn’t eligible for a refund.

The credit card I had on file for them has just been compromised for the fourth time in 10 months. I contacted their chat support and said delete my account now! They tried to get me to continue, I said I don’t care! I just deleted their app from my phone!

I placed an order at 9:39 PM for my boyfriend. They continue to place the order out one hour at a time until the final time for delivery was 12:18 AM. multiple attempts at customer service only offered me a five dollar coupon. They kept trying to get me to cancel the order. I expressed to them he has not eaten could not leave the hotel and due to them continuing to delay our order everything in the area was now closed. They gave me a $10 refund and then promptly canceled my order 20 minutes later. It’s so ridiculous. Terrible customer service. I’m going to delete my account.

Left food on porch while snowing ten minutes before they said they would be here and never marked as delivered. Boxes are wet and had to throw away

DO NOT GET GRUBHUB. Terrible experience.The expense for the delivery fee, drivers tip, and some sort of processing fee added half the expense of the food alone($80) to the total bill. Also, we ordered our food at five twenty P.M. and grubhub said it would be here at six. Then, it said it would be here at six forty. Finally it said it was getting PICKED UP at seven ten, so we called the restaurant and they said that we should cancel the order, come pick it up and it’s free. So overall terrible service from grubhub. Get DoorDash instead.

Grubhub driver changed delivery time by an extended 1/2 hour. When I called he put the phone down. Online communication with customer service offering incremental $ compensation. I asked for an apology and reimbursement plus not to even send the food as it was now 45 minutes into the delivery time. Unacceptable behavior by driver and unacceptable response by customer service. Order was delivered 15 minutes into the conversation with customer service. I deleted Grubhub app and will never use again.

Grubhub is an absolute JOKE! They treat their customer like everything is their fault. & they will literally take over an hour to get your food delivered to you. I would suggest door dash or uber eats. This one is just a joke.

Nightmare!!! I placed an order at 10, waited for 2 hours they cancelled. Placed another order been waiting for 3 hours. Nothing! No drivers assigned.

I ordered a 14inch 4 topping pizza and salad from Hampton Hill.in st louis through grub hub. I got 12" pepperoni pizza no salad. They gave me a credit but wouldn't make the order right. Terrible customer service.

I ordered trying to use a credit, the credit was applied in the cart, but when I ordered, it did not apply. I immediately called the store I ordered from and grub hub. Grub hub only cares about their money. They refused to help us out, the store even tried to help us. If i did not have a gift card, I would NEVER use this service again. Zero stars if I could.

Most of my orders had issues. Either delays, food arrived not fresh, no available drivers. Customer service wants nothing to do with you. They will give you one refund, offer $5 credits that you need to use in a month, then they claim they can't do anything and send you a link that doesn't work. I deleted my account. It's not worth it, they don't care but will take your money.

I ordered to the wrong place and I called the driver and customer service they said they were sorry but they couldn’t refund my order or give me a partial refund and said they had no supervisor it was garbage and they didn’t even care. Don’t get robbed by them like I did.

For someone who has not used Grubhub delivery services in years this was a horrible experience. The delivery driver associated with my order would not answer my phones calls to confirm that he was at the right location or giving the delivery to the correct person that was NOTED in the notes section on the app! My order was given to the wrong person, not delivered to the right location, I have texts from the delivery driver CONFIRMING he handed my order to the wrong person which was expressed to customer service representative and a supervisors who REFUSED to give me a refund. Texts messages were shared between myself and the driver confirming that he handed my order off to the wrong person and all he had to say was “sorry”. The supervisor I spoke to said I should have not given out the confirmation order number to the driver without confirming his location but how could I have done that if the driver was ignoring my phone calls and sending them to voicemail! I WILL NOT ever be using this app/delivery service again and you shouldn’t either.

Most deliveries go well. Today after going through the Amazon app for Grubhub, our food was never delivered. The “proof of delivery photo” is just snow. No actual objects.

If I could give them negative ratings I would. Their delivery service is the worst. They seem to have a lack of drivers which results in delays, delays, delays and they refuse to cancel the order. Instead an hour or more past the original delivery time you get your order and cold food. This happened multiple times. Even from McDonalds of all places. Forget Grubhub. Use DoorDash!!! DoorDash has great drivers, delivery and customer service. I am done with GrubHub.

Former driver who was de platformed with no violations of anything and for no reason. Their algorithm saw i was at a pick up location for 30 minutues waiting for the sole employee to wait on me which took a full 30 minutues because the fast food restaurant refuses to employ adequate staff. There was no way to dispute or explain even after I marked the order delayed. Congrats, you just lost a great delivery driver. Horrendous company.

I Gave them an1 star because there is not a 0 star. I ordered food yesterday from chicken salad chick on the grubhub app. 2 hours later the food was picked up and brought to us. All they can do is 10 dollars. That’s completely asinine. I spent 37 dollars for food that had to spend again. Never again.
