Poor customer service and slow response time in order to cancel an order that should’ve been delivered. I basically got robbed. You guys suck!

Everything about this service is bad. Drivers never show up on time, forget order items, or most of the time, never even show up with the food. In the past 6 months I can count on 1 hand how many times I’ve had a successful order. Also, we have grub hub + which is supposed to reduce the costs of service fees, and decrease the delivery time. This is not the case, Grub Hub increases the cost of the items for delivery to make up any difference in these “removed fees” I placed an order for Taco Bell and the total came out to about $42, with priority delivery. Our driver took 2 orders before picking up my order. What should have been a 20min delivery, took upwards of an hour - just to ultimately be canceled. I drove to the Taco Bell myself - placed the order and left spending only 25 bucks Help center is utterly useless, wait times are incredibly long, and you communicate with people with the IQ of a grape, that’s right, a grape has more competence than these people. Order didn’t get delivered? Here is a $5 coupon to make up for the $50 order we never got to you. Ridiculous.

Our last 5 orders have been wrong. I cannot believe that the GrubHub drivers can't check the order before walking out the door with it. I bet there are hundreds of customers just like me that are fed up with GrubHub. On Monday I am going to see about starting a class action lawsuit against this company.

I call the restaurant for a update on my order. I was told that a pickup with in five minutes.Great I told her. Two hours later no order. I call the restaurant again and was told the order had not been pickup and for me to call them. I did call grubHub and was told it was pickup only. Why would I call a third party just to make an order to pickup up myself. The service advisor didn't even offer to have the order pickup for me. LIKE THAT WAS EVEN A POSSIBILITY. What is the sevice that they provide anyway?Thanks but not thanks to grubHub.

There is always something missing. The food always arrives smashed or messed up. I would definitely use a different service and avoid the trouble all together!

Always, always, always is the order late. And not by minutes….over an hour! The food is always cold and customer service doesn’t care. They offer a $10 credit off your next order. Who wants to eat late cold food? They make promises they won’t honor and truly don’t care.

Delay, delay, delay. This has happened more times than I can count. What a worthless company and service this is. Substandard drivers, substandard service. I only did this because I am a Prime member. Hey Amazon, wake up...Grubhub is trash.

I’m tired of paying so much money for food, and the order takes an hour and when you complain to the restaurant they tell you to complain to GrubHub, when you call Grubhub they give you $10. NEVER AGAIN. I’m just ordering from the restaurant directly. It’s cheaper and faster.

On March 30th 2024 I placed an order with the local liquor store for two small bottles of Georgie the order was never delivered the amount was $20 the customer service rep and supervisor told me because it was more than 48 hours I was not going to get a refund to me I have purchased a service I did not receive a service and I was billed that's called theft

Tried placing order today for my boss and his phone was set up with wrong address tried to correct location and we couldn’t figure out how so we went to cancel which gets you to chat which was not helpful she said she would cancel while I waited, I went and made another order for correct place don’t would it to be late. Went back to make sure it was cancelled and got another person and they cancelled but wrong order. Tried to place the right one again and bank wouldn’t let it go through. So the first order was not able to cancelled. They never got the food they had planned today at office. I will never use Grubhub

Driver picked up my order then canceled it and never delivered. Basically steeling my groceries. I will not trust grubhub or any company that is contracted with them for their services. This is the 3rd incident with grubhub drivers that have taken my order.

My food was late and food was cold. It look like the container was bounced around because the food was just everywhere in the bag. Called customer service and all they wanted to do was give me a $5 credit I told them I wanted a full $25 refund.,..nothing yet.

Ordered $50 worth of food from Canes and the driver shows up with literally 1 chicken finger and two orders of fries. I emailed them and Grubhub refused to refund because i didn’t get half my food I ordered the previous time and they refunded me once. They messed so many orders up and I’ve only complained twice because those two were missing almost the whole order.

Order from Grubhub and Grand Roses Bar and grill last night. It took almost 2hrs to get here. When it did the queso dip spilled out all over the bag. Complete waste of $9.00. Because it took two hours to get here everything felt like it was in the refrigerator not even warm completely cold probably because it was sitting in the trunk for two hours and it was cold outside. I even gave 20% as the tip another wasted $9.00. I spent over $50 on my order that took 2hrs to get here, the dip all over the inside of the bag, no chips came with the order not sure what they thought we would eat the dip with. The diver stopped at two other sites before getting to me. I tracked the delivery and saw them stop twice. That's after they sat at the restaurant forever, probably waiting for other orders while mine sat at got cold not warm ... COLD! The worst experience and food I've ever had. Totally feel ripped off with the food and especially the delivery. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves! Last time you'll rip me off. Done with Grand Rodeo and Grubhub. Lost me as a customer for life and anyone else that will listen to how horrific you two are. A perfect match of incompetence!! I NEVER write reviews that’s how horrible the food and delivery service was!!

Order was reassigned 3 times and when the 4th driver finally picked up the food an hour later he drove around for an hour before delivering my food. There was no way to cancel and get a refund and all I got from Grubhub was $5. The food took so long (2 hours) I had to order from another restaurant, so they made $60 off of bad service. Chatting with customer service is useless. Screw Grubhub!

So I ordered grab hubs tonight and it said that the driver was picking up my food and arriving in about 26 minutes. Then all of a sudden, it said a totally different driver period almost there almost 30 minutes later. I get a call on the app.It said it was a male delivery driver a female called and said she was at the restaurant and that the first driver picked up my food twenty minutes ago and they don't know what happened to it. What do you mean? So she calls me and said she wanted me to know what was going on and that she was in a contact grubhub.I then asked if she could cancel the order.I'm on Chat with Customer Care when they say the order was cantold because they cannot deliver the food. You mean the first driver kept my food and instead of getting that person in trouble? You're gonna send somebody else to waste their time. And the customer who's paying not only for the food but the tap and the membership period it's a joke Then they say they're putting them back on the original payment method.Why can't you just cancel the order? Payment shouldn't even be cleared until that food has been delivered. Thanks Grubhub for wasting drivers and customers time. I hope you aren't around much longer. Bad experiences over and over. Close your doors even you cs reps suck. Not worth the headache DoorDash is better anyway!!!!
