If I could give zero stars I would. I was missing items from my delivery. I called the restaurant. They pushed that they packed everything and stated I needed to call grub hub for a refund. I used chat where they refused to refund me. I emailed immediately after. After emailing back and forth several times, I received an email back stating they couldn’t refund me because at the time of their latest reply it had been greater than 48 hrs since delivery ETA. They emailed me this reply an hour and a half after the cut off. Still did not refund me even though I told them I contacted them immediately after I received my order and had been receiving and sending messages to and from grub hub since then. Literally insane. Do not trust this company. Customer service is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced.
