I placed an order via Grubhub and the order itself took one and a half hours to arrive ( mind you the location I was ordering from was 10 mins away ) once it finally arrived the entire order was ice cold and not eatable . I immediately contacted Grubhub who apologized for the issue and admired it was their fault for the issue but stated they cannot refund my order due to them refunding 6.99$ for the late delivery guarantee. The order which was over 35$ woudl not be refunded even though everything was cold ! Extremely unacceptable Grubhub ! I will no longer be using their service

I ordered and thought the order went to my closet location and it was sent over an hour away. I had chosen to pick it up thinking it was the closest location and when I got there it wasn't I got my food from that location and called grubhub and my order at the wrong location was not completed and they refused to cancel and refunds the order. Horrible do not use thus 3rd parry company. This not the 1st time I had an issue with them.

You are better off walking then using grubhub. Every one complaining is spot on.

Food never arrived, called driver who said he was not working that evening. Terrible service. No response after giving company feedback.

Countless times I have received cold food that I have had to microwave to eat. A service like this should have better ways to transport food to their customers like hot bags the pizza places use. They do not. They let any random moron deliver their food and they never have delivery bags to keep the food warm. I was using this service regularly 2 times per week on average and I have had no less than 12 issues over the years of cold food. AND ITS NOT LIKE ITS CHEAP EITHER! I am completely done with Grubhub and will make my own food from now on as they cannot get me the food at a decent temperature or in a timely fashion. DO BETTER GRUB HUB You will be buried by all of the other food delivery company's!

A $30 order was completely wrong down to the item. No replacement. No refund. Just a $5 credit on your next order. When I said that was outrageous, a $7 credit on next order. When I closed the chat window and left, they upped it to a $10 credit. Here's the thing though. It does me no good because I am not going to ever use GrubHub again. Who wants $10 off another terrible experience?!

They are all about making you pay. There is absolutely no customer service if your order is 4 hours late? Oh well that's on you. They'll give you a $5 credit for the next time you order and the next time you order. It will be another 4 hours late. It's ridiculous. Do not use GrubHub

Always end up having extended/delayed delivery times. I ordered a pizza tonight from 6 mi away. After a couple messages saying delivery is delayed, it's going to be 2 hours before I receive my pizza, if then! GrubHub would not cancel my order or credit my original payment type - the max they could offer me was $10 credit on my GrubHub account. What good is credit to a service that you have no interest in using ever again?

Ordered dinner for two using grubhub app, which confirmed my order and began tracking the driver, who eventually called me. I spoke with 3 GrubHub reps in succession and despite a language issue, was able to glean that they had the same address for both restaurant and delivery. I don't know the address because it was autofilled by their app, which happily confirmed my order and accepted payment. Not a very bright app. None of the 3 reps could speak English. It felt like a shakedown and dinner was a no show.

First the delivery drive just dropped the pizza on the ground by front door. It was t sealed and he never rang the door bell. Pizza was wrong, they sent a cheese pizza with no toppings, after 20 min on the phone and having to get a supervisor they finally said I was correct. First person said I had ordered it wrong. He offered a refund, but I want a redeliver, but he said he has no way to redeliver a wrong order. Say what, how stupid. I usually use door dash, but gave Grub a chance. My bad.

For some reason, the restaurant that is five minutes away, the delivery driver could not type it in correctly. Had to call us to get the address, even though it says it on his phone and the ticket. It’s been over an hour and 15 minutes and the food was supposed to be here in 20. Do better GrubHub. This is why we do DoorDash.

I live 27 minutes from Popeyes. Well, a few months ago I had a surgery and I was craving Popeyes chicken and Cajun fries. Normally that costs about $12-$16 depending on combo size. I haven’t used Grubhub for over a year and decided to go ahead and place the delivery. Tell me how does a $12-$16 meal go up to around $80 just to have it delivered to my house?! That doesn’t even included the tips or anything. The price gouging has definitely destroyed this app and I will NEVER be using it again. Prices and fees are insane. Uber eats is somewhat better but not by much but even then, I will just go to get my own food from now on.

They do not offer refunds, only GrubHub credits. They delivered my food to the wrong house, refused to give me a refund and now I have no food, but I have credits for a company I don't want to do business with. Yes, I'm hangry.

The absolute worst delivery service. They always deliver to the wrong apt. Now they wanna give me other peoples orders from DoorDash. Garbage. Order from uber eats.

GrubHub had posted they take preorders so that's exactly what I did and within an hour its suppose to be delivered then I get a message that it was cancelled. Wasn't the first time my orders have gotten cancelled. Nothing but issues with this delivery service
