Multiple times I got a message food delivered, never received it, after waiting an hour. Now I'm told I can't get a refund and it will be another hour for delivery. Check out the photo the driver took how is this accepted.

Orders are consistently wrong. When getting in touch with support, you might as well pull your own tooth as they very rarely help. I'm going to use other delivery companies in the future.

Their drivers are consistently late and our food is cold when it arrives. Many drivers do not head to the restaurant for 40 minutes, and when we do pickup at the same restaurants the food is ready in 20. We have complained many times and get $5 off our next order. But the frustration is not worth it.

I'll focus on one complaint today... I ordered 3 subs, only to receive 2. What's even more disturbing is that one of the 2 subs looked as if it had been tampered with. Of course the missing sub was supposed to be my dinner!! After calling GrubHub CS, The only thing that they could do was to refund for the one sub. I called the store to try to ascertain any detailed info. about my order. Of course they did not admit to any inconsistency. I called GH a second time to informed them about a possible shady GH delivery person, who apparently took my food as well as rumadged through my bag. That's f'd up. I hope they will be reprimanded.

I deliver for grubhub. In my area grubhub for me is cheap orders and slow. I gave a 2 star because I use to get some good orders. But all that has changed.

Grub Hub's refund policy is UNACCEPTABLE. The driver did his/her job fine; no complaining about that. The Restaurant did not include my entire order; I contacted them to see if they will send the missing food; they can't. Spoke to the Manager and was told it was their fault and I should get a refund from Grub Hub. Calle Grub Hub Customer Service and explained the problem. On a $57 dinner order ALL that GH would refund--no...CREDIT me is $7!!!!!!!!!! They receive the full amount from the restaurant for my incomplete order and cannot refund me the restaurant charge. I will not be using Grub Hub in the future AND I WILL be letting friends/family about this experience. I am actually offended. By the way, the GH rep. was very nice...but the refund/credit policy SUCKS.

GrubHub prices are higher than the actual restaurant. The actual restaurant does delivery. I ordered that way and saved money on my meal.

I placed an order and Grubhub could not find a driver so they canceled my order. The order was ready and no one to pick it up. I was unable to leave the home however I was able to get someone to pick it up.

We haven't received our order yet and ordered it almost two hours ago. This is unacceptable. There should be a limit to how far a grubhub driver can travel between deliveries.

Grub Hub delivered our order late, didn’t notify us (eg knock on the door or ring the bell), and left our order out in the cold! Why do restaurants partner with them?

I usually use GrubHub since my college gives me a free membership with them, but I recently had an order that was delivered to another building two blocks away and (obviously) issued a complaint. I was glad to have found my lost breakfast on my way to class, and I know campus addresses can be confusing for people sometimes, even if it’s just a regular street address close to the restaurant I ordered from. What bothered me, however, was when I went to reorder my meal because I still did not feel like walking thirty minutes for breakfast, the prices on my Grubhub had increased. Same restaurant, same menu, except everything was at least .50 more expensive than it was when I ordered an hour before. I don’t want to say I was penalized for politely complaining, but I honestly think I was. Complaining more won’t really do anything, but it does make me feel better, so here I am.

I ordered food from Ihop for delivery twice in the same day through GrubHub as I was working, & unable to leave to go get my own food. I can't say anything bad about the first driver who dropped off my food-They had good timing & all. However, upon discovering I had missing items from my order, I called GrubHub who gave me a refund for those missing items so I could reorder, which I did. I was then given an estimated delivery time of between 12:02-12:17. Then about 15 minutes til 12:00, I was informed the order would be delayed & was given a new estimated delivery time of 12:26-12:41. Upon calling GrubHub to prioritize my order as this was already the second delivery I had to have due to Ihop's failure to include some of my ordered items, all GrubHub could due was apologize & assure me they were working on getting my order to me as soon as possible. I finally received my order about 12:30, & (big surprise) my food was cold as it sat at the restaurant waiting for pickup.

Tonight I ordered from slades restaurant delivery person put my food on a bench wrong location also I want a refund I love the chicken was trying the potato salad for the first time was not happy this would be my last order from slades.

I was contacted by the driver and he was complaining about my lack of a tip. I explained to him that I usually tip but I am working out of town and I was ordering for my 83 year old mother. I haven't Been paid yet, so i'm low on funds, But I should not be contacted and harassed about a tip, because tips, are optional. If grubhub Allows this type of behavior from the drivers.I will never be using them again. I live in norman. My driver's name was Demetrius. This is harassment and is not acceptable. I need resolution on this matter.

Been using Grubhub occasionally for the past 5+ years. Been happy customer until my last 2 orders. The one before driver excepted it, and I saw her drive on the other side of town and go home, she canceled pick up. Another driver excepted the order only he was 40 minutes out from picking it up. I attempted to cancel the order with no luck at all from GrubHub. Got in the car, drove down and picked up my own order. GH Wouldn’t refund their fee for delivery. Last night ordered from the same burger joint. 45 minutes later, no one still had accepted the delivery. Tried to cancel the order, but because the restaurant excepted it, it was to late to cancel. At that time, someone excepted the delivery and it was here 10 minutes later. Kudos to the driver, however the company he works for leaves a lot to be desired! Ended up eating cold food. Online chat with GH and only got a $5 credit. Ask for more and they end the conversation, SMH. Guess I’m moving to Uber eats

1. GrubHub charged my credit card instead of the gift card I loaded to my account. 2. GrubHub needs to add restaurants in Battle Ground, Washington to their services. The wait time could be shorter if we could order from a restaurant in town instead of from the exact same restaurant that is another 10-15 miles away. It arrived when they said it would, but who wants to wait an hour for food delivery?

In more than one occasion, they assigned drivers that are an hour away from where I live. The meal arrive cold and the milkshakes melted. In last order I contacted the driver because it’s been 15 minutes I got the notification that they were on their way to the restaurant. My order was already 1 hr delayed at thru point. The driver informed me that they hadn’t gotten a notification yet that the food was ready and that their pick up time was in 40 min more. The order was 2 hrs delayed. I was starting to think that my bad experience was because of the time of day, location, or restaurant but it continues to happen. Now reading the messages I realize is the way GrubHub works.

I AM DISABLED, HAVE GIVEN VERY CLEAR, EASY INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELIVERIES. DRIVERS CONTINUE TO IGNORE THOSE INSTRUCTIONS, MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO RETRIEVE MY ORDERS WITHOUT ASKING NEIGHBORS FOR HELP. HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT GRUBHUB BY PHONE, AND RESTAURANTS HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY CANNOT ENSURE THAT DRIVERS READ/UNDERSAND THE INSTRUCTIONS. IF THIS DOESN'T CHANGE, WILL COMPLAIN TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE LOCAL OFFICE OF ADA COMPLIANCE. ( DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE "COMPANY" REFERRED TO BELOW IS: THE RESTAURANT/ GRUBHUB?)

So tired of cold food being delivered. Then you have to play games with customer service for refund. If food is not right CREDIT IT!!!
