I ordered from IHOP. Order was not correct and I called customer service. Pocholo was not very helpful. I sent pictures of the steak tips that approximately 1/3 of them were all fat and gristle. This would never have made it on the plate at the restaurant. I paid for and received NO CHEESE on my eggs again. In this order comes pancakes. I asked for utensils. I received everything in triplicate except butter. I did not receive any butter at all. See the pictures sent about the meat it was disgusting. However the driver did exactly what I asked in my instructions. This review is no reflection on him/ her. I had to call 3 times to get my phone call taken at all.
