“I Think grub hub is a good company. It's the drivers that ruin them. I think grubhub needs to go through and make sure that they can pass elementary school education,, make sure that they can use Google,,type an address in,,and follow it. They will make it right,,, when they are wrong.”

“Driver accepted the delivery order. I tracked on the map and she never moved. I sent her a message asking if everything was ok. 10 minutes passed. I sent a second message telling her I would just pick up the order myself because they were closing soon. 10 minutes later she FINALLY responded with "ok". WHY accept an order if you have no intention of following through with delivery. Fortunately GrubHub did refund my money but the principal of this review is they didn't do what they agreed to do for the price I was charged. This is not the first time this has happened which makes it worse. Not a good experience!”

“well I just want to say that every review I have read about doordash, grub, uber, exc. every single person is b******** and complaining. y'all ned to realize you are paying someone else to bring your food to you cause your to damn lazy to do yourself!! If you live in my neighborhood the kids that work fast food are rich yuppies that are to stuck up to have any work ethic. plus go get your own damn food and stop f****** everyones scores up cause you didn't get none last not! god damn haters making me hate now”

“Grubhub app is misleading. Beware. The app allows a person to "make additions" to am order before said order has been completed; however, you WILL PAY DOUBLE in delivery fees!!!! Same driver, but double delivery price!”

“Just paid 147.00 four three delivered mexican meals. Service charge 9 something. Tip 24 something. Add-ons increased cost to almost double. But portion smal and very small amounts of add ins. Will skip grubhub and just go to favorite mexican for half the cost and get better food.”

“GrubHub is not the worst delivery I have ever gotten. But it's far from the best. Most of the time if, I order just a combo of this or that from some restaurant. You can do just fine using GrubHub. It's when you start to add on the small stuff that things start to get messed up. Like today I ordered from KFC and in that order, I was 1 Crispy Colonel Combo Extra Crispy, w/ Cole Slaw, Iced Tea 1 Mashed Potatoes & Gravy 1 Mac & Cheese 2 Honey Mustard Sauce Well, when I got my order there was no Honey Mustard Sauce and instead of an iced tea, they sent me what tastes like a Coke could have been Pepsi. Well, when I sent a text to the delivery driver and asked if she had checked my order because my Honey Mustard Sauce was missing and that they had given her a soda, not ice tea. The delivery driver replayed sorry about that. They don't allow us to check the orders. But I did ask if they had gotten everything. Now I would like to know-how in the world large companies like GrubHub would not allow an order to be checked before they make the delivery. It only makes sense that they would have their drivers check the order to make sure the order is correct. So that their customers are pleased with their service and would be willing to order from them again. At least I can say that when I call GrubHub customer service, they did give me a refund of my order for almost half do to the fact that my ice tea was part of a combo meal. But they should still allow for the orders to be checked before they leave the restaurant.”
