They bring partial orders and do not refund you . Driver steal items and you are not reimbursed full amount for missing items

Ordered a pizza Hut using their app. A little 12" pizza with a 12 oz drink was $35 with tip. It said delivery was 35 minutes, after 90 minutes and no delivery I called to complain. Canceled my order through the real Pizza Hut store ph number. Their drivers suck. Delivery was only .7 miles from the store in a small town. Don't ever use Grubhub site. Call the actual store you want the food from.

I thought it was just me till I read all these one star reviews. I ordered Burger King like 2 miles from my office. at 4:05pm they pushed delivery back twice and said food would arrive at 5:40pm. I cancel my order and rejected there credit never to be used again!

I ordered my food at 11:23 am, was told food would be delivered by 11:55am, I received my ice cold food st 12:30pm.

The worst experience I've ever had and to be honest the only reason why I order through them was because I have Amazon prime and it's free. I rather pay for doordash and receive my order within a reasonable time and not wait two and a half hours for my food order to get to my home and be cold. Complaining to the chat box was pointless with their whole $5 credit they can put it somewhere else, never again.!!

The delivery person showed up and did not deliver my food but took my code and makes it was delivered. Then grub hub refused to even look into this issue when I had it on my ring doorbell camera. This is theft and grub hub is allowing it. They need to be legally held liable for stealing people's my money, terrible business

My recent experience with GrubHub has been the final straw. What started as a simple attempt to edit an order became a total nightmare, and their customer service was completely unhelpful. ​I placed an order and noticed I needed to make a quick change, so I clicked "edit." Instead of updating my order, GrubHub's app placed a new, duplicate order—twice! I was now charged for three identical orders. When I called them, they said they couldn't issue a refund or credit because the orders were "already completed." This is absurd. A company can always issue a credit if they choose to. ​This isn't the first time I've had issues with GrubHub, but it's definitely the last. Their app is unreliable, and their customer service is unwilling to fix their own mistakes. I've deleted the app and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Don't use GrubHub if you expect reliable service and a company that stands behind its product.

If I could give GrubHub a 0, I totally would. People are dumb…I literally say bring it to my address and either I don’t hear back, or they get it wrong. Horrible drivers, and the food is always freezing. Drivers are rude, too not to mention. Never again

Ordered 2 coffees and a pastry from a nearby coffee shop. The driver either stole or never picked up the two coffees, then delivered the pastry late. Customer service was quick to refund me, but when I realized the pastry he delivered was also wrong, I was only offered a partial refund. So I was stuck paying for one incorrect, late item. They provided absolutely nothing I paid for.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I used grubhub TWICE- first order NEVER SHOWED & they wouldn't refund me!!!!!! I waited until 2 am for that order to come & never did, the second order they delivered me the entire wrong order & guess what.... they wouldn't refund me - AGAIN. 0/10 recommend.

Awful experience! GH system delayed transmitting the order to the restaurant for an hour and 20 minutes! Then they blame the restaurant and driver for being late! Customer service says that since the order is 2 hours late, they’re giving me a refund AND going ahead and delivering the sandwich! I NEVER received the sandwich! Called customer service who said that since I was given a refund, there’s nothing else they can do!! Screwed up my entire evening! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Absolutely HATE GrubHub!!

Most Horrible delivery service I've ever encountered. I ashamed that I went back after two no shows but thought that perhaps my two previous experiences were due to extraordinary circumstances. My 3rd order was never assigned a driver and the restaurant called me and asked if I could coordinate with GrubHub to get a courier assigned as they were closing in 20 mins and the order had been ready for 1.5 hrs. I was on the phone with GrubHub twice after that and each time they claimed that they had a driver and gave me a different name of the courier each time. This was laughable to me despite my family being hungry and aggravated. Just really disappointed that this company that is one of only two choices in my area and chooses to operate in such a careless and unapologetic manner. Just my thoughts and something to consider before depending on these guys to follow thru. Now I will have to begin a phone campaign to hopefully get a refund.

Grub hub's costumers service SUCKS! They wouldn't stop an order that hadn't started and kept my money. I will never order through them again and will make sure to let people know not to use them either.

Lately ordering through their website is laborious. The webpage will not update or updates, but when you attempt to place your order nothing happens. When you try to get customer service You're hit with the warning of extremely long wait times to chat or speak with anyone. Last last two times I was able to get an order in after an hour and a half the order was cancelled. I did get credit for the charges, however it can only be used on my next order. Which is looking like that won't happen anytime soon. We stopped using Door Dash because of crappy service and now Grub Hub.

I didn’t receive my order due to the driver going to the north side of town when the address was clearly south side of town. The most they would do is credit me $5 when the order was $40. When I filed an appeal they denied it due to to many refunds- sorry if I wanted a refund for an item that was missing from my order. Thanks for wasting my money and time!

I ordered a meal from a restaurant (Texas De Brazil) on August 17th that GrubHub initially said would be delivered at 9:23PM. It showed that it was out for delivery at 9:17. The restaurant closed at 9PM. The restaurant is approximately 1.5 miles from my house. I received an updated delivery time of 9:47-10:02 showing the driver left the restaurant and went the opposite direction just as I saw in the initial delivery time. I called GrubHub and cancelled the order at around 10PM. I asked for my credit card to be refunded and the supervisor I spoke with that night said that I would receive credit within 2-3 business days. Today, a week and a half later, I spoke with a supervisor to see why I hadn't been refunded. The supervisor refused to help saying that I have to receive GrubHub credit which I do not want and expires after 90 days. This way they get to keep my money for poor service that was never delivered and was promised to be refunded to me. This is wrong! If I could give zero stars I would
