Grubhub has the worst service. Tonight I never got my order and they kept telling me that I had given them the wrong address, when I had not. Their idiot driver who can't read English or numbers delivered the order to the wrong address. I watched online to see that he even took the wrong route to my house. He could have been here ontime if he had used his navi. BE AWARE THAT GRUBHUB WILL TRY TO BLAME YOU FOR THEIR STUPIDITY AND GIVE YOU CREDIT INSTEAD OF A REFUND! It will take 3 levels of getting to the right person, and you still may not get a refund.

Grubhub is never on time and does not ring the bell per instructions. Not even worth it for free via Amazon because the food is often cold, arrives 30-40 minutes late, and is not always delivered. Extremely poor service.

I I have placed an order and waited and then had to go pick up the food and then after I picked it up I found out it was canceled and refunded back

The worst ever company. I have finally had it with this company. The straw happened yesterday. There seems to be some new way GRUBHUB has decided to make money. They put in place this number to text if you get your order. But the issue is if you accidentally tap it the driver just leaves your food somewhere on the street and you have to pay because you texted. LOL I will never use this company again and god help anyone like me with a dog who jumps up as you accidentally touch the texting button… Loss of $74.94 is not funny. I just hope whoever gets my food enjoys it but the sad thing is most likely it is going to spoil wherever they left it and my name is in it so I will get in trouble with the HOA as the ants move in on it. I actually think the driver ate my order

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Repeatedly requested a cancelation due to no drivers in my area and the ETA being pushed back multiple times. Do NOT use this delivery service, as they will not uphold their end of the contract. Would give zero stars if possible

If you work for GB is you against the driver app there are no techs available to fix any of the app issues customer service will only listen to the problem and tell you it will take at least Weeks for pay or stats or any update issues to be resolved. So even if you do your job efficiently, follow the process and committee if the Application makes an error you as the driver will suffered the consequence. As an independent contractor I should not have to deal with real time statistics.

They markup the food by 43-60%! Then they have the audacity to ask you to tip on that additional 40 to 60% markup.

My order was canceled twice, despite the delivery person being on their way. So i have paid twice and have to wait on my refund. You're all the worst, and hopefully, Amazon will work with Uber Eats.

Order was stacked which delayed our delivery by 45 minutes… food was obviously cold - grub hub only offers $5 for late orders. What a joke! Will only use Door Dash from now on! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

One of the worst platforms to order with. Wait time to chat with representatives is always more than 5-7 minutes and chat representatives doesn’t do anything other than saying sorry and closing the chat with any response or resolution. I have experienced this several times in a row.

only giving one star because customer service did the bare minimum but helped so i gave them grace. I waited an hour for my food and it never arrived and was placed at an address 20 minutes away from my house. My address was clearly stated. Customer service said they couldn’t do anything but provide a refund and give store credit. I am absolutely disgusted, what a lack of professionalism. Never order from here unless you want to wait an hour for our order and never receive it.

Special instructions are not followed, orders are delivered wrong, and food isn’t prepared right or arrives cold and then when you want a refund, they won’t give it to you because your food has arrived that way SO many times that they won’t give you any more refunds!! Great company, so much for them helping customers.

I ordered. They cancelled my order because I'm out of service area. They won't refund my credit card. Only will give credit to the business that I can't use. Apparently the highest person that is in authority that works there. Also refuse to give employee id number. There are a ton of complaints on the better business bureau. Now, there's one more

I have had the wrong food delivered to me after waiting for an extra hour over the hour and a half wait I already had. I've been pushed off for two hours only for them to cancel my order. I received a cold and undercooked burger that took two hours to deliver. I just recently had another order canceled. I'm done with GrubHub!

Food delivered way past the promised time. Cold. Only got a fraction of the order. Driver blamed the restaurant. The restaurant blamed the driver. Each entity told me to call the other to resolve. Not the first time this has happened. I will never engage GH directly and I will not order from restaurants that partner with them.

Do not use this app. If you have an issue with a delivery driver on their platform they won’t restrict them they will keep letting them pick up your orders. No matter the complaint stealing or eating your food. This app really does suck and not worth a penny.
