Two orders in a row went completely wrong. 1st order was a total no show. The app even said the driver had picked up my order. After 2 hours the order was never delivered. 2nd order I was super sick and forced me to drive to the store myself. It had my name on the receipt but not anything close to what I ordered. The missing order was not the first time it has happened. The system is full of flaws and no consistency. I cannot trust that my order will be right or it will even get to the location intended. Great concept with poor results. GrubHub did fully refund my money but in the end totally not worth the headache especially when you’re paying for convenience and to be inconvenienced multiple times.
