Hi after 3 years on and off using Grubhub on a couple of my orders i didn’t receive my proper order apon calling customer service with proof of photos taken explaining my orders i was refused refund and Grubhub didn’t even try to resend to get my proper order. So please what ever you do avoid Grubhub you will get ripped off.

Had us wait two hours driver could not contact us. They had to go through their app they delivered to the wrong place made them re-order still charges full price no discount no nothing terrible service trying to get a hold of them and will not answer his phone when GrubHub tried to call him because we couldn’t call him, most pathetic company I’ve ever ever had food from delivered

My first time using grubhub, the driver cancels my order siting a car accident is preventing him from driving down my street, it was a lie, no accident anywhere. They claimed i would get a refund in 2wks, why 2WKS??? The 2nd time my credit card wouldn't go thru & I got a message to call customer service, they said I would get an email explaining the problem. It's been 3hrs, no email so far. I try a different way to order & noticed going thru grubhub (most places make you pick a delivery service first, when it's grubhub the prices are different. (I hopped around to three different restaurants before I chose one I was willing to pay for & thats when my credit card doesn't go thru.) I went with Seamless and paid $4. For a burger that was 6.60 thru grubhub. Grubhubs prices are significantly higher then the actuaI prices on a menu. I won't be using them ever again.

Grubhub is garbage. I will dance on their grave when the competition edges them out. Trash service. They change their delivery times at will and refuse to cancel orders after they more than double the wait time. It's not the consumers fault that drivers do not want to work for your trash company and your wait times spike. I hope you all lose your jobs. Customer service actually hung up on me lol.

Spent $90 including tip for food. All but fries and nuggets showed up, the picture taken of the delivery was pitch black, and the driver ignored my messages. Customer service said they wouldn't refund me, only give me credits for more of their services. I said absolutely not. They refunded me ONLY fees and my tip to the driver. I got $30 out of the $90 I spent and still had no dinner! Canceled as soon as I could.

Told them they were at wrong house. The driver hung up on me. Twice this happened. Both times they hung up . No food no refund. Don't use.

Terrible customer service. I called to cancel an order and they told me they can't refund it and offered me $5. This is the 3rd time in my last 3 orders (so all of them) something has gone wrong.

Their drivers are careless, they don’t read instructions, leave the food wherever they want, completely ignore you, don’t speak any English so it’s difficult to communicate with them because they don’t understand anything. I had a problem with 4 orders in a row where the driver left my food on a different house like two blocks away from mine, I called him because I saw his location he couldn’t understand what I was saying and he just hung up on me. That was really frustrating, then I ordered again and same issue “you order has been delivered”… NO MY ORDER ISNT HERE ISNT AT MY DOOR BUT SOMEHOW IS MARKED AS DELIVERED. Please hire people that knows how to communicate and that cares about customer satisfaction.

They allow drivers to take another order even when the one they’re on is going to take 20-30 minutes. I end up waiting well over an hour for delivery. I even order from restaurants less than 5 miles away to eliminate that issue but it’s the same. Then when you chat with customer service they tell you what time it’s coming and apologize for the frustration. When asked about their practice with allowing drivers to tie up orders . . crickets. They say the order will be there on time. It’s 5 minutes from time and it hasn’t even been picked up! They say if it doesn’t make it on time to reach out again. They don’t tell you they won’t answer the next time. DoorDash is the best customer service. They have control over their process and they really do care if you’re unhappy. Grubhub was a free trial. You would think they’d work extra hard to keep your business. Nope. I’m out.

Ordered food and it went through and delivery driver never delivered it to me and I called and texted the delivery driver and she ignored me so I called Grubhub and they said “I tried to issue a refund and it’s saying error and it will take 7-10 business days to process the refund and we will email you if we process it.” So, basically they stole $22 worth of chipotle from Grubhub that could have been picked up for $15 cause yall overprice stuff to the point it’s ridiculous. Yall should be shut down. Don’t go here. And their website is shut down now and saying that grub hub is down. Why wasn’t I told that before I ordered?

Worst customer service ever! I will never order through grubhub again, if I could have left 0 stars I would have a million times over. Waited over an hour for my food then all of a sudden I got a text saying something was wrong with my order then received a call saying another driver picked up my order! Over $70 worth of food and they sent me a discount on my next order! What kind of customer service is that! Not right. Never again!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. I made an order over 2 hours ago and still haven't recieved it. No one can give me a status update on it and I contacted support twice and was denied a refund EVEN THOUGH I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. I will never give grubhub a dime of my money ever again.

I ordered Noodles & Company and it didn’t arrive at all. The driver named Marco said that another driver took it. They shouldn’t be doing that. I don’t understand why they can’t do any re-deliver because they said they can’t fix it. Something is not right. I never like to reorder my lunch because I can’t afford it.

We did not receive our order and my bank was charged and they will not refund my money! I will not refer anyone to use grub hub, in fact I will tell everyone not to use them. They just stole my money!

I would give them less than 1 star if it was availble. I ordered food for an important meeting from a sandwich shop. They were 30 minutes late and it had been assigned to one driver that said it would be delivered by 11:50 then it switched to another driver and said the food would be here by 12:36. I chatted with GrubHub and asked why they were so late. The customer service person asked if I still wanted the food and I said yes, people are sitting around waiting for their food. I called around 12:45 when the food still hadn't shown up and the driver said that GrubHub canceled the order. When I spoke to GrubHub, they said, no, your driver will be there in 5 minutes. When I told them I just got off the phone with him and he returned the food, they canceled the order again. No one there knows what they're doing. If you have an important meeting, do not order from them.
