Ordered 2 coffees and a pastry from a nearby coffee shop. The driver either stole or never picked up the two coffees, then delivered the pastry late.
Customer service was quick to refund me, but when I realized the pastry he delivered was also wrong, I was only offered a partial refund. So I was stuck paying for one incorrect, late item. They provided absolutely nothing I paid for.
