Wow. I know I live in the stix, but whataburger is 5 minutes away. 2 hours later estimated delivery. And just got an update thelat my order was cancelled. Will never use this service again.

Never received our order and they said they couldn’t be refund as there had been too much activity on our account that I used for the first time tonight. Feel totally conned. Will never use this service again

Used GrubHub for the first time today not only did they miss half our order, I had to go to Pizza Hut and pick it up and still pay more money, and grubhub only reimburse part of our money. So disappointed !!!

everytime i have used GrubHub somethign has always been wrong with my order, and it's impossible to get help resolving it

This is the worst service I have ever used and will never use it again . Waited 2 hours for my order only for them to cxl it and kept updating saying it was on it way. I called the store and was told my order was never picked up and unfortunately it was threw away because the store was closed. GrubHub can go to HELL.

I have Grubhub+ Membership because of Amazon Prime. I have never checked my bank account for the refund since they tell me I will still get it. It's been a year or two and noticed that they never give me the refund. It was also my bad for not checking it. Never ever using this platform again. I'd rather use DoorDash or UberEats than this fraud app.

If I could say negative 10 stars I would. This was my first experience with Grubhub. I pre-order 2 hours before I wanted food delivered and it came 30min past the specified time. I called the restaurant and they said they had no delivery orders. I noticed the grubhub driver had supposedly been waiting on order for 15min. I reached out to him and he stated the order was just getting done. As a reminder, the restaurant (Captain 'D') already stated there were no online orders and I needed to contact Grubhub directly. I did that and the response was they saw no order for me or where the delivery driver was from. They said I would have to contact the restaurant directly. I gave up on the idea that either company was going to own there mistake. Doordash is much better.

DO Not order from Grubhub! The driver claimed he tried to call me and he placed the food outside not at my door, took a picture then took my bag back in his car and drove off. So I go check my phone to look at the picture to see where my food is. It's gone!!! So I go back on the app to notify that I didn't receive my order and I want my money back on my credit card. They didn't do that, when I specifically asked for my return to be back on the same method I paid. No these people put it on Grubhub credit. You think I'm going to order from you again after this?? No way.

F'n awful. There are always missing items from my orders. While you get a refund, you then have to wait in many cases 2 hours for new food. They never give vouchers or do anything to make it right for their customers.

I don't know how it happened, but the order went through when I was just trying to see the price. I cancelled within seconds. A message came up that I was successfully able to cancel due to the order not being started. Then, in a few more seconds, I got a message that said there was an error and to contact Grubhub through chat. By the time I got a person I was told that I was no longer able to cancel it. I would have never paid $43 for $20 worth of food. When I complained, I was just offered a $7.00 credit. Yipee! It doesn't matter because I won't be using them again.

Not once, not twice but EVERY TIME I order from GrubHub there is a problem! The savings from being an Amazon Prime member is just not worth the aggravation.

After having my order delayed several times due to delivery pause after placing my order, I complained as I’m not in the habit of tipping for an order 2+ hrs late. The minute delivery resumed, my order was canceled which GH blamed on restaurant. I called restaurant, they don’t have the ability to cancel app orders, GH drivers do which they continued to blame restaurant even after being told it was their driver! This is entirely unacceptable & ensures they’ve lost the business of several people. Hope it was worth it, GH appear to be charlatans

I received an incomplete order, and reported the issue. GrubHub said that couldn't help to replace the missing items, nor provide a credit of any kind because I received a refund for a botched order in the past. I'd recommend Door Dash over GrubHub ANY day!! The only reason I used GH is because of my free Amazon Prime perks. Never again though.

Terrible service when even provided, drivers don't pay attention to instructions, even on as simple as: hand it to me. Orders are often wrong or incomplete. Also, even with marked-up prices and excessive fees, they have almost never been within an hour of their own time hack

The driver claimed they delivered my food and did it. Got a credit for my money but was unable to use it on my new order. It applied the credit but when I hit the button to order it said I can’t use both types of payments and I couldn’t figure out how to remove my credit card so it would go through. I am very frustrated and will never use them again!

I have been waiting for 40min getting bounced form 1 chat to another trying to resolve grubhub doubling my order and charging my card without my acknowledgment to just have them simply say okay please wait on the chat for a senior specialist to get no answer for 10 minutes and then restarting the chat with someone else. Getting charged $120 isn't chump change for me and it's very upsetting that nothing can be done. I'm out that money. I will never use this company again.

If I weren’t getting this as part of Amazon Prime, I would never willingly pay for Grubhub. Let me be clear: I have never once—and I truly mean not once—had a Grubhub order arrive when they said it would. Every. Single. Time. I place an order, I get a text or email telling me it’s been delayed—or worse, that it’s not coming at all. I've had more refunds for undelivered food than I’ve had successful deliveries. It’s become a running joke in my household: “Let’s roll the dice with Grubhub and see if dinner arrives—or not.” The only reason I still bother is because it’s cheaper than DoorDash or Uber Eats thanks to the Prime discount. But make no mistake, you're trading cost for complete and utter unreliability. If you want food for lunch, order at breakfast. If you want dinner, better plan around mid-afternoon—because unless you give them at least three hours of lead time, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment. Breakfast has a slightly better chance of arriving, likely because most people are grabbing it on the go, but that’s not saying much. The inconsistency is mind-blowing. Bottom line: unless you’re getting this for free, don’t bother. Your time, hunger, and sanity are worth more.
