Used twice, got charged but never received any food. Could not contact them afterwards either.

I get grubhub through Amazon Prime. 3 or 4 orders all delivered an hour or so late. Called LJS to see how long my food was sitting waiting on grubhub. It was ready 15 minutes after ordered. They agreed to remake after grubhub finally showed up. Grubhub blamed the restaurant which is why I called. Poor service from Grubhub. Placed order 134pm, delivered 305pm. Not the drivers fault. She was courteous. Not the restaurant fault. If you don't have drivers, put notice on site that order can arrive up to 2 hours after being placed

Everything, received an email for 40% discount up to $10. It was suppose to be posted at check out, didn't happen. Called GH spoke to an agent who we could not understand so we and her had to spell everything. Sheila asked we send her the email promotion, which we did. I have 2 emails she said the reason we couldn't get the discount was because we used the wrong email address on the order. No offer of any assistance or courtesy discount and the call took 25 minutes. Horrible will never use them again.

Everything. Received email for 40% discount on next order but when order placed did not receive up to $10 off. Called to ask why, agent unable to give answers as to why promo did not work. Did not offer to extent credit of $10 and will not be using grubhub delivery service again. Horrible customer service. Very sad we will use door dash or Uber eats from now on. If I could have given a 0 star, I would have.

I live in Covina and ordered from Alberto's Mexican food using Grub Hub. After ordering it had been a while so I checked the status of the order and it indicated the driver was picking up the food in Los Angeles 25 miles away. What? There is an Alberto's less than a mile away from my house. I started a chat with customer service about the issue and I then received a phone call stating the order was cancelled. What a waste of time and money. I will never use them again.

The service is always slow. They forgot promos, customer service forgets to issue coupons. Really bad experience.

You guys send out promo offers and when I get to check out it says promo applied but it actually was not, you guys make it difficult to honor promos. You can't help me over the phone, I read what the promo says and you don't know anything about it, seems incompetent as I didn't send this promo out you did. Stop sending me offers if you can't honor them

I ordered my food from a restaurant I used to frequent as they had a promotion. Using the promotion and a gift card from my job I ordered dinner. My food never arrived. Grub hub offered me a credit and a separate card that I couldn’t use together at once. Due to an incompetent driver I have no dinner tonight & I’m hangry!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered for our company breakfast and the meal was not correct. We reached out to GrubHub and they refused to help and saying there was nothing they could do. We tried to contact the restaurant and because we ordered through grub hub they could not do anything for us. Driver left outside business instead of handing to front desk as instructed on delivery notes. Customer service is basically non existent- if you are ok with terrible service by all means use them.... 🤦‍♀️FAIL

I placed an order through a restaurant for 2 meals to be delivered by GrubHub. The restaurant contacted me to say they were out of food for one meal, so I cancelled the entire order. GrubHub still charged me for part of this order, which I cancelled, and has refused to refund the remainder. If I had at least received the half I was charged, that would be one thing, but I never received it at all. I notified them immediately, but after countless emails and texts back and forth, now they say it has been too long to provide a refund. I will never use GrubHub again. Very poor customer service.

If I give them a half of star I would. The driver dilvered food to my apartment building, didn't even call, text or rang my bell and left the food outside the building entry door. This was food and it was left on the floor outside. Totally disappointing and disgusting service. Wouldn't be using again and definitely wouldn't recommend anyone.

Consistently denies refunds after I have not gotten what I have paid for, gotten the wrong order, or delivery person said they delivered but did not. The company pays and treats drivers terribly, so it is no surprise they are overworked and mistakes are consistently made. Grubhub was good for a few years, abysmal now. Stop giving them your money, it used to be overpriced, now its just comically bad and overpriced.

Horrible service. They provide a tune food will arrive and it is constantly at least 30 minutes. When you complain they give you a few dollars off next order and then that order is late.

Food was late and cold! Driver couldn’t speak or understand English. Contacted customer support and they were not helpful at all. I will never use Grubhub again…..

Claimed they delivered my food. Pictures of delivery was pitch black photo. Turns out they never picked it up. How does their app show the pickup, delivery and even a blank photo of the delivery if it never happened. Terrible company.
