I ordered food in advance so it would likely be delivered by my lunch time. The estimated time was perfect but then it changed…then it changed 2 more times. My lunch break was over. The order was cancelled, with a promised full refund (still waiting 4 days later) and a $10 GH credit which I won’t be using. I will never use this “service” again. I’ve used other delivery services and have not had a problem. I decided to use GH as it offered discounts with my Amazon Prime membership. Well, the discounts turned into 4+ days of waiting for a refund. I’m concerned about people this happens to that only have that money, on that day for food. SMH. Horrible “service” if I could give negative stars, I would.
