Thanks 🙏 for refunded my money ,but the experience with the driver was bad she didn't even take pictures and double check with the address. Second a driver like that needs to be banned from working with y'all other than that you guys going to lost a lot of money. On the other hand I do feel bad for my neighbors who've done that, because he or she knows the purchase wasn't theirs and they still get away with it. That wasn't chipotle fault Lampton Village in Columbus Ohio whoever does that wasn't nice. 😳

So far I’ve had them for a couple week and already twice in a row drinks were forgotten and I am waiting days later for my refund. Upon asking me if there was anything else they can help with I said yes I’d like a provisional credit for the inconvenience that I now have to drink to get my drinks and yall still get paid this up charge for products when I could drive myself and save money. They refused so I will be canceling this service and just saving my money. Convenience is more inconvenient.

Grubhub drivers will grab an order when they're all the way across town. I've had to cancel a lot of my orders due to late pickups. I also think a lot of fast food and restaurants give their old food to delivery orders. I have cut back on all the delivery orders because of bad food and late arrivals.

I had in my driver instructions DO NOT LEAVE MY FOOD ON THE PORCH RING THE DOORBELL guess what they did, left the food on the porch they have done this on EACH DELIVERY as GRUBHUB never does anything about it!

I ordered a expensive meal , steak dinner for 2. Driver brought a coke and a sandwich and fries. Took me 3 attempts to get her attention to tell her she gave me the wrong order. She called her superior, who told me they would cancel the order and would take me 3 to 5 business days to return my money. It's been 4 days and I haven't seen it yet. I called customer service to complain, no I'm sorry let's see if we can make it up to you or nothing. I will never use them again. I told them there policy sucks. Drivers should make sure they have right order, and should ho back to the restaurant to correct it.

Here is the problem with Grubhub. They pride themselves on delivery. You pay a fee for GrubHub to deliver your food for you. But then from a lot of restaurants you also have to pay another delivery fee, even though that restaurant had absolutely nothing to do with your delivery. Arby's is like that. If you order Arby's from GrubHub, you got to pay a $4.95 delivery fee.

I waited an over an hour, food was dumped at my door with no notification and it was cold. You are supposed to be a service. Bad service. When I called to complain got offered off on next delivery. This is not the first time I had issues with them. Will not use again

The grub hub app is not as good as Uber eats. Hard to read. Where is the driver? The driver is the one who is lost, not the restaurant so why did you have me contact them?

This is from the perspective of the driver. Unlike DoorDash, which is terrible in their own right Grub Hub makes you subscribe to one area. They appear to do dollars for miles but that’s horrible because if you do five dollars for 5 miles you have to drive 5 miles back to what would be the “hot zone“. The hot zones don’t necessarily provide you with any orders at all. I’ve set in a hot zone for sometime and got no orders whatsoever. The thing that I find most disturbing and just ridiculous is the subscribing to one area. At least DoorDash… Of all terrible companies… Won’t subscribe to one area. It’s extremely problematic. One of the reasons is problematic is because when a person wants to get an order from , a specific area if it’s more than 5 miles away it takes you out of that area. So not only does this mean you have to drive 5 miles back and you have no orders to pick up, but it doesn’t give you any incentive to leave your area for greater pay either. If they’re going to make sure that you leave your area for greater pay, they need to make sure that , the pay is more. As an example to you, these places will have you drive. Let’s say 8 miles for four dollars… At their worst they will also burden you if you’re not desperate enough to do it as an example if you reject the order they will say that your rate goes down and your end of losing your job. Which makes no sense. Not only is this money going to be tax but you’re putting in your safety , your gas, which is very expensive, you’re also putting in your brakes your tires, your liability. Why on earth with anybody and I mean, anybody just accept whatever dollars you throw with them just to have the government take it back not because of taxes. Not to mention the fact that when you do get what you get to spend it, you’ll be taxed anyway you’re really not making any money at all. And I’m absolutely sure that they are aware of this and I’ve done the logistics and that they just don’t care . I understand company place to make money, but you will never keep employees ever ever ever if you fire them because you’re robbing them. I cannot comprehend how 8.9 miles is worth $6.78 tax at 6% and then you have to drive back at some point you are truly doing favors. it is an idea that will not reach the success. It was intended to get. I don’t know if it’s for people who are desperate or for people who are illegal but I do know that when Amazon takes over it I’m hoping that it’s better. Oh by the way Amazon intends on buying Grub and hopefully turning it into something that is , better than what it is today. I hate to say that one is better than the other, but at the very least DoorDash let you have some leniency and doesn’t make sure that you have to be in one area I find GrubHub to be micromanaged and over regulated just to take people bagels , it’s a sad philosophy and even worse marketing strategy for both employee and customer. But overall very serious note the problem is it just doesn’t make any money. They’re using 2020 and paying 1999 prices. Do they not even comprehend that gas has increased exponentially. It’s all the risk of the driver and none of the reward .

Too many fees and an automatically added tip for the driver. A tip should be at the discretion of the customer.

I am beginning to wonder of Grubhub delivery drivers knows how to follow directions or GPS. This is the fourth time in a month that my order has been delivered to the wrong address. And then when you try calling the driver it goes to a number out of Chicago, IL. This is really getting to be ridiculous.

Placed order and about 25 minutes later I received a message to keep my phone handy the driver was arriving soon. I waited another 10-15 minutes while the map showed the driver within a couple houses from mine. Finally my app showed my order was delivered but it wasn't on my doorstep. I called the driver April and she said that she left our order on a snowbank. My husband walked up and down the street and our order was nowhere to be found so I checked for the photo the driver leaves when delivered and there was no photo. I called the driver back and asked where she left our food and why was it left in the snow bank and she told me that she tried calling me and then grubhub tried calling me (Yet I never received a call) and grubhub told her to leave our food in a snow bank. She said she had to pick up another order in 10 minutes and would not come back. I dont think she ever dropped our order at all. Who leaves food in the snow without taking a picture. Driver April then said she contacted the company to have me deactivated from using grubhub. Driver April in Pocatello Idaho is dishonest and should not b e delivering at all.

I'm done with grub hub. Most of my deliveries were delivered without a problem. But three of them were a nightmare. Today 2/26/24 was ridiculous. I work at a city campus, so I make sure to give specific directions. I placed my order. Waited an hour, then I received a text stating that my food was delivered. Usually there is a photo. I look all over the campus. I called the driver, Kelvin 3 times and no answer. It went straight to voicemail. I text him and asked him where he delivered my food. He didn't text back. So I reach out to Grubhub chat and asked them to reach out to the driver. All I wanted was my food. They do, and he lied to the representative stating he talked to me and received my order. At this point, I'm livid and hangry. So asked them to resend my order and pair me with a different driver. I text Kelvin and saying he lied and I was reporting him. I was letting it go. Nope, Grubhub paired me with the same driver! I couldn't believe it. Why would I trust him to deliver my food for a second time?? The rep on the chat said it was an automatic pairing and it couldn't be helped. I asked for a supervisor and spoke with Rhea who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She said they couldn't cancel while he was in route. I was floored. I ended up calling the customer service number and spoke with a real supervisor, Jill who cancelled my order and refunded me she was nice and easy to talk to. Don't waste your time talking to the online chatroom. They do not care.

My issue is with the Grubhub customer service. After I placed an order, I saw they had the wrong location done for the item to be delivered. Turns out the zip code was wrong. I went to Grubhub chat and they were not able initially to resolve the issue. All it should have taken was for the customer service rep to reach to the driver. The driver attempted to reach out to me and only texted some of the time instead of all the time like I requested. After 2-3 chats, I gave up on having it delivered. It shows up as being delivered. Who knows where it wound up?Wasted precious time dealing with grubhub. When I had more time, I reached out again to chat--Carlos R. was able to help and promised a refund. Will not be using Grubhub in the future--between the fees and service---it's not worth it. Two stars because the last rep was helpful.

Grub hub makes me very angry. The last few times I have ordered my food was cold or wrong or I felt they snagged our sodas. I was so sick and tired of it. their drivers had multiple orders in their car and you'd watch them go to 2 other restaurants and deliver to me last because I was the furthest away. Which for how I Tip my drivers at least 10 per delivery is a slap in the face when your food is cold wth. I called to cancel my seamless because it is not worth the money when the service isn't right. They refused to cancel my service. I had to call my financial institute and ask if they could do anything because they refused to cancel. It's a crock and I do not suggest the service their also insanely expensive.

I ordered through GrubHub and then watched the tracker pass by my house then stop. I looked out the window, they were there and then they drove off with no food and noticed that they went to another address before coming back late.
