They were cheating the customers. I paid by my phone with Apple pay first. Later they sent me an email totally different price.

I ordered from grub hub last night for the first time. I had to call to cancel an order although it was 2 and a half hours late. It wouldn't let me cancel through the app. They did give me 10 $ credit, but the money i was charged for the order didn't go back in my account. It went as credit also.i ordered this morning because I had 55 dollars in total credit from their sit. Q0 dollars credit, and 45 from the previous night's order. After an hour, I received a notice that my food would be late again, so I tried to cancel through the site and could not. Ergo, I called the busses. I waa told they could do nothing further. I never got my money back. If it had been more than 45 dollars lost, I would take them to court. Ridiculous.

A driver named Nikki, was rude and disrespectful. She carelessly left my food outside of the gates of my complex. She called and texted me indicating that the gate code and apartment number was not indicated. I texted both and called. She answered with an attitude and said she would turn around. I said I appreciate her turning around, in effort to bring down the tone and she asked if I had an attitude and left my food on the grass by a major thoroughfare. This driver has no business in the service industry. Callers may be elderly or informed and need food delivered to their residence. Drivers should learn to problem solve without anger and do their job. I gave her a piece of my mind and got a refund that included her tip.

Grub Hub, delivered my food today. I never order if Grub Hub is the delivery method. I located a restaurant through Yelp and really wanted to try it. It was expensive but for one time I figured ok. I placed my order. The estimated time was about 50 minutes from the time I ordered. I waited for about an hour. I called customer service to tell them I did not get my food. The representative tells me it was delivered at 3:30. I went to the door. It was there. It sat on the porch for about 40 minutes. I was not happy about that because of possible contamination and the fact I did not get a text or call or knock on the door when it was dropped off. I called Grub Hub. Rep tells me how she cannot offer compensation for this. I ask to speak with a supervisor. I wait on hold until the call drops. I call back. Get lots of “I understand how you feel.” “I’m sorry” “An investigation will be done.” I am told no compensation. I was not asking for the entire order to be credited. I get on the phone with a supervisor. Same thing. She tells me that Grub Hub will not compensate anyone who orders through Yelp. She did not offer any compensation to me at all. Grub Hub did not take any responsibility for their lack of customer service. The reps just keep saying the same things over and over again. If they would have credited the tip I gave the driver and delivery fees I would have been happy. Now I have to say Grub Hub is horrible.

Waited 3 hours for food and then they cancelled the order. Refusing to refund my credit card. They want to issue a credit to my account which not only expires but I will never use because I will never use. Worst experience.

First experience with Grubhub. Order arrived 2 hours after time given for delivery. Already paid and tip given so no refund. Offered $5 credit for future order but there won’t be a future order with grubhub

MY FOOD WAS ICE COLD AND MY DRINKS DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ICE LEFT IN THEM. IT TOOK OVER 2 HOURS TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AND GRUBHUB DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT! MEMBERSHIP CANCELED AND WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!

Ordered a burger, add on something from another store, no delivery fee. I ordered water from Walgreens. Water got delivered, they didn't charge a delivery fee, but did charge small order fee, service fee. Was supposed to be 23 minutes for the burger, after 60 minutes, I tried to cancel, you cannot cancel, waiting another hour, they canceled the order.

Grubhub sucks. Delivery times are never accurate. My order arrived over 30 minutes late and was cold and poorly prepared. I filed with a grievance with customer care for a refund and they offered me a $7 credit via email on my next order, saying that was the best they could do. Checked my email and they sent me $5. Laughably bad.

Grub hub place an order and had it delivered & charged me for it that I never actually placed. When I called them & spoked to to supervisor, she told me there was absolutely nothing she could do about it, so basically, they ripped me off for a $72 order I never placed. I’ll never order again from them

Tried using Grubhub. Terrible service. I suggest merchants contract with other delivery services that held their drivers accountable for food safety. My food always comes late, cold, unsealed and messy. They offered couple dollars refund for the inconvenience. Hard to get in contact. Once you do, they offer $5 credit and you have to it use within 30 days. I’m going back to DoorDash. Unfortunately, the place I like to order from doesn’t contract with DoorDash. And I ordered a lot from there every week for work. So I won’t be ordering delivery from there again. I contacted the owner so hopefully they use another delivery service.

The order arrived on time but the driver did not understand English. I got my order which he handed me, but when I opened the bag the iced tea was missing. I called the driver but he didn't understand what I was asking. I couldn't find the store's number so I got cheated out of a $3 iced tea drink. I won't use Grubhub anymore even though it's free delivery with Amazon Prime.

I ordered a sandwich and another item thru grub hub. Apparently my partial order was refunded. I recieved the notification via email. Because my order was below the minimum requirement, I was charged extra to meet the minimum requirement. I wasn't given the option by grub hub or the restaurant to either cancel the order or given the opportunity to substitute something in place of the sandwich, or given the option to choose another restaurant. These decisions were made for me and a very poor customer service decision! Plus, I had no choice but accept the order and it was cold when I got it!

Grubhub is the worst delivery service in the history of delivery services. They are ALWAYS late and the food is always cold. I write in and I'm told that I can't get a refund and they don't honor their on time guarantee. I gave them multiple chances because I got the service free with Prime, but I'm now paying extra for DoorDash who is 20 million times better. I will never use Grubhub or their sister company UberEats ever again!
