Ordered from Burger King tonight. Grubhub delivered it in person. Way better than doordash. The last time I got food from them. I got a cold pizza delivered on the ground. Keep up the good service, it is appreciated.

Grubhub has the best drivers and service! They are the only delivery company, it is my pleasure, to use. They are a pleasure to work with and the inspirational notes they write are absolutely heartwarming. Thank you grubhub. Pam Healy

I’ve never had a bad experience with them. They deliver my food to my house and not some neighbors house.

I ordered from grubhub and Keishyra was my delivery driver.she was so sweet and so polite.she even wished me a happy easter.its really nice to have such a sweet lady deliver to me.

I just wanna do a shout out to Erin in Alton IL! I typed the wrong address in and she was amazing and understand and even delivered my food when I messed up! The most amazing delivery driver! She went beyond what I would expect from a driver! Thank you!!!!!

OUTSTANDING Customer Service After the order was placed to the wrong address the driver still delivered the order . I only really wanted to cancel the order, but Grubhub refunded my money, so I gave the cost of the order to the delivery driver.

First time I used grubHub. Food was being delivered to our friends and they both loved the food from Bella Cucina delivered on time at 5:30 pm as per my request. The driver texted me when the food was delivered. Thank you grubHub for a prompt an professional service.

Wanted to give a great thanks to Grubhub for the numerous perfect delivery to my home during this terrible time. I, also wanted to say April who delivered to my Phoenix home today is fantastic- even sent me a picture of the food at my front door. Thanks again to Grubhub and crew!!

The order is always correct and on time. The drivers are always very nice. And if there is any issue with the order, they will call you and resolve it before picking up the food.

As a driver I like this company they generally make you feel like your part of the process. Driver support is fantastic and quick. The money is decent for a side gig. Unfortunately, they aren't as prevalent in our smaller area. For customers, these are observations only. I have been working for them about 3 months now so take these with a grain of salt. Hopefully this will make your experience more enjoyable. 1) We have a smaller sized city so drivers that work past 8 pm. are fewer than the rest of the day. In our area I would say to order your food before 7 pm. 2) If your food is really late it could be that there aren't available drivers. You may have ordered your food an hour ago but, the assigned driver may have just gotten it minutes ago. 3) Demand picks up more for the dinner hours than the lunch hours. Also, for bad weather so there can be delays. 4) The driver isn't responsible if the food wasn't cooked the way you ordered it. For example, if you ordered a steak well done and it came medium rare the driver doesn't know that nor would they. 5) As for fees for what I see online is that they charge the restaurant. Not sure on this but, I believe the restaurant can add it's own delivery fee to the price charged. 6) The further distance away that you are from the restaurant the colder the food could be. If your twelve minutes away then please don't expect food straight out of the oven. 7) If you see an Chicago area code and you have an order placed please answer your phone. It may be your driver trying to clarify something with the order or trying they maybe trying to find your location. For instance, if they don't have your drink or side choice then they might want to know what you want instead. Not answering the phone causes delays. Those delays can push into the next order. 8) If your at a business please put the business name in the notes. It's a pain trying to find the street number of a business that's in a group of businesses however, it's easy to read the business sign. I hope these help or clear up some of the mystery of what's going on.

They enhance the prices, an order will cost $50 but is i picked up is $24

GrubHub is not the worst delivery I have ever gotten. But it's far from the best. Most of the time if, I order just a combo of this or that from some restaurant. You can do just fine using GrubHub. It's when you start to add on the small stuff that things start to get messed up. Like today I ordered from KFC and in that order, I was 1 Crispy Colonel Combo Extra Crispy, w/ Cole Slaw, Iced Tea 1 Mashed Potatoes & Gravy 1 Mac & Cheese 2 Honey Mustard Sauce Well, when I got my order there was no Honey Mustard Sauce and instead of an iced tea, they sent me what tastes like a Coke could have been Pepsi. Well, when I sent a text to the delivery driver and asked if she had checked my order because my Honey Mustard Sauce was missing and that they had given her a soda, not ice tea. The delivery driver replayed sorry about that. They don't allow us to check the orders. But I did ask if they had gotten everything. Now I would like to know-how in the world large companies like GrubHub would not allow an order to be checked before they make the delivery. It only makes sense that they would have their drivers check the order to make sure the order is correct. So that their customers are pleased with their service and would be willing to order from them again. At least I can say that when I call GrubHub customer service, they did give me a refund of my order for almost half do to the fact that my ice tea was part of a combo meal. But they should still allow for the orders to be checked before they leave the restaurant.

Pre order was an hour late and I cannot get a hold of any customer service, all the ways to try won't work.

Placed order and about 25 minutes later I received a message to keep my phone handy the driver was arriving soon. I waited another 10-15 minutes while the map showed the driver within a couple houses from mine. Finally my app showed my order was delivered but it wasn't on my doorstep. I called the driver April and she said that she left our order on a snowbank. My husband walked up and down the street and our order was nowhere to be found so I checked for the photo the driver leaves when delivered and there was no photo. I called the driver back and asked where she left our food and why was it left in the snow bank and she told me that she tried calling me and then grubhub tried calling me (Yet I never received a call) and grubhub told her to leave our food in a snow bank. She said she had to pick up another order in 10 minutes and would not come back. I dont think she ever dropped our order at all. Who leaves food in the snow without taking a picture. Driver April then said she contacted the company to have me deactivated from using grubhub. Driver April in Pocatello Idaho is dishonest and should not b e delivering at all.

I'm done with grub hub. Most of my deliveries were delivered without a problem. But three of them were a nightmare. Today 2/26/24 was ridiculous. I work at a city campus, so I make sure to give specific directions. I placed my order. Waited an hour, then I received a text stating that my food was delivered. Usually there is a photo. I look all over the campus. I called the driver, Kelvin 3 times and no answer. It went straight to voicemail. I text him and asked him where he delivered my food. He didn't text back. So I reach out to Grubhub chat and asked them to reach out to the driver. All I wanted was my food. They do, and he lied to the representative stating he talked to me and received my order. At this point, I'm livid and hangry. So asked them to resend my order and pair me with a different driver. I text Kelvin and saying he lied and I was reporting him. I was letting it go. Nope, Grubhub paired me with the same driver! I couldn't believe it. Why would I trust him to deliver my food for a second time?? The rep on the chat said it was an automatic pairing and it couldn't be helped. I asked for a supervisor and spoke with Rhea who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She said they couldn't cancel while he was in route. I was floored. I ended up calling the customer service number and spoke with a real supervisor, Jill who cancelled my order and refunded me she was nice and easy to talk to. Don't waste your time talking to the online chatroom. They do not care.

I don't blame driver's I blame management. Didn't even have the guts to talk/chat with me over my issue.
