I don't blame driver's I blame management. Didn't even have the guts to talk/chat with me over my issue.

My issue is with the Grubhub customer service. After I placed an order, I saw they had the wrong location done for the item to be delivered. Turns out the zip code was wrong. I went to Grubhub chat and they were not able initially to resolve the issue. All it should have taken was for the customer service rep to reach to the driver. The driver attempted to reach out to me and only texted some of the time instead of all the time like I requested. After 2-3 chats, I gave up on having it delivered. It shows up as being delivered. Who knows where it wound up?Wasted precious time dealing with grubhub. When I had more time, I reached out again to chat--Carlos R. was able to help and promised a refund. Will not be using Grubhub in the future--between the fees and service---it's not worth it. Two stars because the last rep was helpful.

Grub hub makes me very angry. The last few times I have ordered my food was cold or wrong or I felt they snagged our sodas. I was so sick and tired of it. their drivers had multiple orders in their car and you'd watch them go to 2 other restaurants and deliver to me last because I was the furthest away. Which for how I Tip my drivers at least 10 per delivery is a slap in the face when your food is cold wth. I called to cancel my seamless because it is not worth the money when the service isn't right. They refused to cancel my service. I had to call my financial institute and ask if they could do anything because they refused to cancel. It's a crock and I do not suggest the service their also insanely expensive.

I ordered through GrubHub and then watched the tracker pass by my house then stop. I looked out the window, they were there and then they drove off with no food and noticed that they went to another address before coming back late.

I ordered in New Port Richey FL using Grub hub for an order from Vampire Penguin l; I left notes for the driver to please knock on the door and leave the order on a red chair by my house door. The driver must not have read my notes, but in fact they must have in order to know the gate code to get into my housing area😑 Anyway, they never knocked, so...My frozen ice melted, and...they left my order on the ground, next to a bag of trash I had by my front door, rather than placing it on the chair as instructed 😑 I reached out to the driver and expressed what occurred, they said they are not permitted to knock unless asked. Well, I did ask! They obviously did not take the whole 45 seconds needed to properly read my notes😡😠😠 I wish I knew that drivers name...They owe me an extra large frozen snow from Vampire Penguin! EXCESSIVE FEES - AND I HAVE AN ACCT. DO NOT USE. See below bc I was charged $1.99 for delivery but I have GrubHub acct & charged $2.40 Service Fee plus I had to pay taxes and a tip- so a $23.98 dinner bill became over $35.00...smh. Items subtotal: $23.98 Delivery fee: $1.99 Sales tax: $2.58 Service fee: $2.40 Driver tip: $5.00 Total: $35.95

Had used grubhub in the past and liked it but service seemed to get slower and slower..... the final straw was when I ordered with a 35-45 minute delivery time and it kept getting extended 20 minutes over and over and when I finally canceled was told it would take up to 10 days to be refunded....needless to say I’m done with this service

Two orders in a row I haven't gotten the drink I ordered (though I have gotten a refund). The drivers need to double check the orders and make sure they are complete.

Usually, very friendly people deliver the food. Also...my order is wrong in some way (whole orders, multiple sides, etc.)...and everytime i order, it is worse. Unfortunately have to move on with delivery apps.

Placed order. Grubhub canceled irder, no reason given. Restaurant said they never received an order. 2nd order placed, they call me, tell me the oder was picked up by another Grubhub driver (1st excuse). So what? Means nothing to me which driver. So they call restaurant and claim restaurant did not receive 2nd order (2nd excuse). Then she says the restaurant has technical issues receiving orders (3rd excuse in same call). GH will cancel 2nd order and suggest to order somewhere else or try again. I question how 3 times same input will lead to a different more successful output. Getting angry. No dinner, 20 min phone time wasted and nothing to show. Nightmare. It's like this 50% of the time. How in charge needs to be fired at the top level of this business to get this organized fixed? Hire me, I take care of it. Darn!!!

They are ridiculously expensive... the delivery fees plus other fees they charge is insane! Go with DoorDash.... free delivery, much cheaper and faster delivery

Grub hub was supposed to text us when food was delivered and never did. By the time we checked on delivery the food was already delivered and ice cold

Would give negative stars if I could. EVERY ORDER HAS EITHER NOT ARRIVED OR BEEN MISSING SEVERAL ITEMS. I only even tried this app because it comes with free delivery for Amazon Prime customers. Literally just received a 5 item order missing 3 items and the coffee only half full and COLD. I always tip 20% to the driver and I'm tired of getting shafted when I complain and they offer me 5 f*cking dollars in credit for $20+ of missing food!

If I could give no stars I would. I got a gift card as a gift and when I went to scratch it off 4 of the numbers were gone. So I reached out to customer service for help and got sent around, had to send pictures to prove I had the card and they told me that there’s no way they could help me. That I needed the original receipt and exact place/time when I got it. I reminded them it was a gift and they said they can’t help unless I reached out to that person for their receipt. So I didn’t get to use my gift and had to just throw it away. I would think there would be some sort of solution in this day of age but no. So honestly that was my first time trying to use Grubhub and I will never use them again. Just based off the company and customer service it was the most horrible experience that went on for days. I talked to them through phone, email and live chat and you’ll have to be the one to continue to reach out because they just won’t respond or will end chats with you. So I 100% don’t recommend ever getting involved with this company.

Absolutely the worst. Drive goes two cities below the restaurant back up two cities then says on the way to pick up tacos that been sitting for the entire hour to bring here. No way. Hour and half later finally gives me a refund.

I order things from a restaurant in San Ramon because I'm in the hospital I have pressed the GrubHub app order my dinner the restaurant notified me and them half an hour later found out nobody picked it up call customer service and they refuse to refund me my money $30 down the drain that was the first and last time I use these guys

I put an order with grabhub. The text message said that it was delivered. I never saw the order. Usually I get the message with the picture but not this time. I had to reorder my food. Instead of one hour ( when you start the order it supposed to be 40 min) I had to wait for two hours. I called Grubhub. The lady on the phone apologised a lot but never offered me a solution and could not tell me the reason why everything went wrong. Very very bad service. I won’t recommend for anyone to use them again. In fact it was my last time too.

So far I’ve never received any meals from Grubhub. I’ve ordered on 3 different occasions and nothing. Says delivered. And there was never a photo of my order. So I bought someone a free meal while I sit a starve ? NEVER again will ever use Grubhub again !
