Placed order. Grubhub canceled irder, no reason given. Restaurant said they never received an order. 2nd order placed, they call me, tell me the oder was picked up by another Grubhub driver (1st excuse). So what? Means nothing to me which driver. So they call restaurant and claim restaurant did not receive 2nd order (2nd excuse). Then she says the restaurant has technical issues receiving orders (3rd excuse in same call). GH will cancel 2nd order and suggest to order somewhere else or try again. I question how 3 times same input will lead to a different more successful output. Getting angry. No dinner, 20 min phone time wasted and nothing to show. Nightmare. It's like this 50% of the time. How in charge needs to be fired at the top level of this business to get this organized fixed? Hire me, I take care of it. Darn!!!
