I had ordered from Wendy’s and I was missing items. I reached out to Wendy’s and they didn’t answer the phone so I reached out to GrubHub through Amazon prime account and the person was very nice. Then I got a email stating that the order has been re-ordered and it will be arriving shortly to 2:35 ETA time at 2:11pm. Reach back out to GrubHub and they told me that it was a lie. I even gave him the number I received the email. He said that that’s not one of the numbers, but I also received message from that number once before and I will show you that once I can post The whole message

I ordered food in advance so it would likely be delivered by my lunch time. The estimated time was perfect but then it changed…then it changed 2 more times. My lunch break was over. The order was cancelled, with a promised full refund (still waiting 4 days later) and a $10 GH credit which I won’t be using. I will never use this “service” again. I’ve used other delivery services and have not had a problem. I decided to use GH as it offered discounts with my Amazon Prime membership. Well, the discounts turned into 4+ days of waiting for a refund. I’m concerned about people this happens to that only have that money, on that day for food. SMH. Horrible “service” if I could give negative stars, I would.

They do not hold their drivers accountable. Customer service is the worse I have come across. Will never us them again!!!

I had orders that were incorrect several times and when I called grubhub after 3rd time they no longer gave me a credit for the order being wrong. They said my account was flagged. I pay extra for an ingredient and it is missing. No credit. Happened multi. Times. Also my food comes smelling like cologne and I have to wait to eat it.

I ordered from IHOP. Order was not correct and I called customer service. Pocholo was not very helpful. I sent pictures of the steak tips that approximately 1/3 of them were all fat and gristle. This would never have made it on the plate at the restaurant. I paid for and received NO CHEESE on my eggs again. In this order comes pancakes. I asked for utensils. I received everything in triplicate except butter. I did not receive any butter at all. See the pictures sent about the meat it was disgusting. However the driver did exactly what I asked in my instructions. This review is no reflection on him/ her. I had to call 3 times to get my phone call taken at all. My order number is 46113020-1662315. this review is real

The grubhub driver picked up my food and kept it for themselves. This isn’t the first time so it’s my fault for taking a second chance. They should screen the drivers better. Doordash has never done this.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled as it looks like others have the same experience. I placed an order for my son. The address was correct and because it was a business, i included the name of the business. The driver called me for the code when he arrived . I confirmed over the phone the code and asked him to confirm he was at the correct business. He did. I learned 5 minutes later from my son that the food wasn’t there. I connected with Grub Hub first via chat, and then called their toll free number. Each of the customer service reps told me they couldn’t do anything because I had confirmed the code. Over and over, despite the fact that the delivered to the WRONG address. I immediately deleted the Grub Hub app, downloaded DoorDash and reordered the food. Grub Hub lost a good customer today. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Never receive my order. I was not given a refund because I verified the code before receiving my food. It was dropped o at the wrong house. Coustmer service would not refund.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with Grubhub was so frustrating that I had to share. I placed an order and waited well over an hour — with no updates, no communication, and absolutely no help from customer service. I tried reaching out multiple times, and every response felt generic and unhelpful. It got so bad that I ended up reordering the exact same meal on DoorDash, and they delivered it quickly and without any issues. The lady on the phone told me false information stating that the place I was ordering from wasent taking orders. Between the delays, the lack of accountability, and awful customer support, I’ll be sticking to DoorDash from now on. I wish I could give them 0 stars because it’s horrible.

I gave one star because there was no option for 0 stars. I ordered a meal for my family consisting of several different items. When the meal arrive, we only received have of the order. The meals for my children were not in the order. We called customer care and they said they could only offer half a refund. I suggested that they bring the entire order so my family could eat together, or offer a full refund so we could reorder. they outright refused to work with me. We used to use Grubhub once a week. I will no longer use their service.

Paid for $47 lunch... Driver never delivered... cancelled order... grubhub claims gave refund... I will never use them again...
