Do not use this app. If you have an issue with a delivery driver on their platform they won’t restrict them they will keep letting them pick up your orders. No matter the complaint stealing or eating your food. This app really does suck and not worth a penny.

Horrible customer service. Can’t talk to a HUMAN BEING you get routed to an AI chat bot and they NEVER answer you!! Good luck getting a refund!! Food arrives cold more than 50% of the time.

Order food with Grubhub and had a terrible experience. First they delivered to the wrong house don’t know how you do that when it’s on the app. Then reorder said it was on the way and after 2 hours of waiting the order was cancelled. Then they tried to give me a credit which is stupid because I would never use them again. Don’t use Grubhub they suck just got pick up your damn food.

I ordered a meal from one of my favorite restaurants, Lotus Thai in Memphis Tn. I never got the food. The driver was in touched, I saw a call hours after. I have live chat, phone call in an effort to be reimbursed for 50.28, They asked for my order number and I supplied everything that they needed. They said its beyond 48 hours so they will not reimburse. I asked, Is this the way you treat your customers? the young ones on chat was nice, kind, they were in sympathy however I am still not able to get the funds. I just wrote an email to your corporate office regarding this matter. Grubhub no matter how big you are if you treat your customers this poorly, its only a matter of time that you will feel the effects of negative things you have caused. I would not even given any star, but I had to choose even one to write this, however your company is not even deserving of the one star.

I WILL NEVER, NEVER NEVER USE GRUBHUB AGAIN. MY FIRST TIME USING THEM IN BROOKLYN NY. THE DELIVERY PERSON CAME TO MY ADDRESS TOOK A PIC OF LIKE HE DROPED IT OFF AND TOOK THE FOOD AND LEFT. IA M DONE' I HATE THEM. IF YOU SMART YOU WILL USE DOORDASH OR INSTACART. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY REORDERED THE FOOD. THAT WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH THEY SHOULD HAVE REFUNDED ME ALSO. NEVER AGAIN. NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO MAKE WANT TO USE THEM AGAIN EVEN IF THEY WERE THE ONLY DELIVERY. I WOULD DO WHAT I DID WHEN I WAS YOUNGER BEFORE A GRUBHUB...

Grubhub as a company sucks. When they send drivers out and they bring you the wrong order or don’t bring the complete order you have to wait ten years for your refund instead of them resending your food and then they want to offer you a stupid $5 credit. I will never use Grubhub again because they are horrible. I’ll use DoorDash instead.

They bring partial orders and do not refund you . Driver steal items and you are not reimbursed full amount for missing items

Ordered a pizza Hut using their app. A little 12" pizza with a 12 oz drink was $35 with tip. It said delivery was 35 minutes, after 90 minutes and no delivery I called to complain. Canceled my order through the real Pizza Hut store ph number. Their drivers suck. Delivery was only .7 miles from the store in a small town. Don't ever use Grubhub site. Call the actual store you want the food from.

I thought it was just me till I read all these one star reviews. I ordered Burger King like 2 miles from my office. at 4:05pm they pushed delivery back twice and said food would arrive at 5:40pm. I cancel my order and rejected there credit never to be used again!

This app and service is unreliable. I've had food delivered to wrong address, the delivery time repeatedly moved forward as to have to wait up to two hours for my food. I've had the drivers pick up my food and take a picture of the restaurant and say they delivered it to my house. The customer service sucks too. They will not get you your food and then take a week to return your money. I e been using door dash and have not had any of these issues. Will not go back.

I ordered my food at 11:23 am, was told food would be delivered by 11:55am, I received my ice cold food st 12:30pm.

The worst experience I've ever had and to be honest the only reason why I order through them was because I have Amazon prime and it's free. I rather pay for doordash and receive my order within a reasonable time and not wait two and a half hours for my food order to get to my home and be cold. Complaining to the chat box was pointless with their whole $5 credit they can put it somewhere else, never again.!!

The delivery person showed up and did not deliver my food but took my code and makes it was delivered. Then grub hub refused to even look into this issue when I had it on my ring doorbell camera. This is theft and grub hub is allowing it. They need to be legally held liable for stealing people's my money, terrible business

My recent experience with GrubHub has been the final straw. What started as a simple attempt to edit an order became a total nightmare, and their customer service was completely unhelpful. ​I placed an order and noticed I needed to make a quick change, so I clicked "edit." Instead of updating my order, GrubHub's app placed a new, duplicate order—twice! I was now charged for three identical orders. When I called them, they said they couldn't issue a refund or credit because the orders were "already completed." This is absurd. A company can always issue a credit if they choose to. ​This isn't the first time I've had issues with GrubHub, but it's definitely the last. Their app is unreliable, and their customer service is unwilling to fix their own mistakes. I've deleted the app and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Don't use GrubHub if you expect reliable service and a company that stands behind its product.

If I could give GrubHub a 0, I totally would. People are dumb…I literally say bring it to my address and either I don’t hear back, or they get it wrong. Horrible drivers, and the food is always freezing. Drivers are rude, too not to mention. Never again
