I ordered from grub hub last night for the first time. I had to call to cancel an order although it was 2 and a half hours late. It wouldn't let me cancel through the app. They did give me 10 $ credit, but the money i was charged for the order didn't go back in my account. It went as credit also.i ordered this morning because I had 55 dollars in total credit from their sit. Q0 dollars credit, and 45 from the previous night's order. After an hour, I received a notice that my food would be late again, so I tried to cancel through the site and could not. Ergo, I called the busses. I waa told they could do nothing further. I never got my money back.
If it had been more than 45 dollars lost, I would take them to court. Ridiculous.
