I wouldn’t recommend using this service, when there are so many other options. Today my food was supposed to arrive at 6:45. Well at 6:35 I get a notification my order was cancelled. When I called the restaurant to see what happened they told me the drivers card was declining and they couldn’t give him my food. So instead of grub hub sending another driver they just sent me an email saying they refunded me. When I called grub hub they had me on hold trying to resolve the issue while my food sat at the restaurant getting cold. After a good 45 mins they apologized saying all I can do is reorder and they will give me 20% off my next order, as if I’d order from them again. So an hour later I had to go pick up my food and my family and I didn’t get to eat until 7:30pm. Worst delivery service ever!
