If I could used zero stars, I would. So I placed an order and the no longer have the family meal that I wanted. So instead of refunding my money, they offer me something else. I told them that I didn't want anything else but my money back. GrubHub never refunded my money. They said they never charged my account which is a lie. They are not very honest people! They told me that I would receive my money within a week, that was a lie. Instead they try to offer me 15% off on my next purchase. Never again will I use them.
