Placed order for 3 items and only received 1 (wrong item delivered). This is NOT the driver's fault, but was expecting GrubHub to credit me back for items not received. I finally had to contact them to get a credit. Maybe this is their policy?! But they should know when orders are not fulfilled. In MHO either GH or the vendor is skimming the extra money. GH did refund me for the two items not delivered, but had I not contacted them I don't think I would have ever gotten a credit. That would have meant I spent $43 on an $8 wrong item. As it stands now, I spent $23 on an $8 wrong item (tax and tip were based on original amount of the order, but no partial refund for that).
