When I contacted GrubHub about my order being over 30 minutes late, I was told that it had been delivered. I informed them that it most certainly was not delivered, Carmen, the customer service rep, told me she cancelled my order and she would send me a link so that I could subscribe to GrubHub. I explained that I did not want a subscription, that I wanted my order. I asked her to reinstate the order and she told me that she could not do that. Such horrible customer service and rudeness. If you hungry, do not order through Grub Hub. When I went onto their website to apply for their guarantee, it said that since my order was cancelled I did not qualify! Such a scam!!!! They never have to stand behind their guarantee because if you complain, they will cancel the order!
