ZERO STARS. We are a pizzeria and partnered with Grubhub months ago. I canceled because I was not happy with their ordering/confirming system. They called again saying they changed and so we tried them again this past August. However, we just canceled again because they allowed a customer who placed a $50 order to cancel the order 12 minutes after I confirmed the order (already in the kitchen / almost ready to go out) due to a "change of plans" then proceeded to charge my restaurant $70.01 to reimburse the customer!
Not only did they waste our food, they charged us for it! plus tips and processing fees. Wasted my time by having to call GrubHub to get the reimbursement and proceed to charge me a processing fee on an order that Grubhub allowed to be cancelled. (so I didn't get the full reimbursement. THEY MADE ME PAY FOR MY OWN FOOD)
Now that I've canceled, they continuously call my store even though I've told them many times there is nothing to talk about being that I've canceled for a reason!!! They are nasty and rude, disrespectful to my business and employees.
GRUBHUB SUCKS.
