We placed a 62 dollar grubHub order along with a 12 dollar tip. After an hour, I get a notification that my order is at my front door, I went out to check, and nothing was outside. I messaged the delivery driver and he said it’s outside my door, I told him it wasn’t there, he then went on to say that the address I input was wrong, I then Went on to send him the screenshot of the delivery confirmation that contained my correct address. After about ten minutes he said I should go down to the address he went to and ask for my food. Are you kidding me?
I called their customer service, all they could do was cancel my order and they offered me a $10 credit. For a $74 purchase, you’d think they could try harder to make it right
