I HATE being lied to. I pay a monthly fee for free delivery but several times I have been charged a delivery fee. Upon phoning I was told that restaurant does not participate. I then went back online and saw "free delivery". A second call to a different person got me an admission that it should have been free. I supposedly will be receiving a refund in 5 days.
I also wonder what the "service fee" is.
