I gave up trying to order after having to call customer service twice and reaching India. First when I put in my order, it said nothing about a specific minimum for the restaurant. So after I entered all my address, notes, credit card info etc. and place the order, I was surfing the web a bit. My coincidence I read that the place I ordered from had a $20 minimum. So I call grubhub to see whether I needed to reorder or what. I didn't want to be charged. It would have been nice if when I chose the particular restaurant I was told about the minimum order. So, I started the order all over again, reentering everything but adding additional food, thinking I can save some for tomorrow. This time when I sent it, after a while it flashed on the screen that one or more items were not available so pick other items. But the message just flashed and didn't stay on screen. Great communication!!!!! Also, no info. on which item was not available!! Kind of ridiculous because these are very standard items I order all the time. They said "call the restaurant". Good lord, I could have walked to the place a couple miles away, gotten the food, and walked back rather than go through all this. Maybe some of this is the restaurant's fault, but the Grubb Hubb site is lame and lacking in basic info and features. Not to mention paying at least triple by the time fees and tips and extra food I didn't need are added in. Jeez, I'll just find something in the frig, what a nightmare.
