18 times my orders have been canceled more than an hour after I placed the order. This only has happened with Grub Hub. Door Dash has never done this. Yes, I received a refund each time, but they doesn’t make the fact that I wait an hour or more for an order, then it is canceled, with no obvious reason. One time I made an order at Subway with Grub Hub and it was cxl’d. I made the same exact order minus two items minutes later with Door Dash. I received the order from Door Dash in 30 minutes. The same order, same items as the first order that I made. The problem isn’t with the restaurants, it’s with Grub Hub. Very disappointed. Obviously Grub Hub doesn’t have very good reviews with a 1.1 rating.
