If I could give them a 0, I would. We ordered from GrubHub twice. The first time around, we ordered a pick-up. They texted us 10 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready to let us know that the restaurant had closed down. In the meantime, we waited and the account was charged.
The second time around, the restaurant gave the driver the wrong food. The driver called GrubHub with me standing there and was told, that us as customers had to call them. When we called them, we were told, they had to call the driver to confirm the story. WTF GrubHub?
