Grub Hub customer service is terrible at best. When you call them about a refund, for an order that was not received, they happily send you a re-fund/cancellation notice that takes 3-5 business day to process. You will not get your refund! And you and call and call, and customer service will actively address your "concerns". And continue to tell you how sorry they are and they understand your frustration. At the end of the day, you WILL NOT get your REFUND. The stress for a small dollar amount of $25 and continued phone calls and follow up is not worth it. Just don't use Grub Hub. There are many other better options. Grub Hub charges exorbitant fees anyway, Many restaurants are not interested to use them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
