GrubHub is easily the worst delivery service out there. I ordered from them - they indicated that they delivered my food but then nothing showed up. So, I phoned them and they placed a reorder.
They then call me - 3 hours after my first order - as I'm waiting for my reorder and tell me that the driver dropped my order so they are cancelling the order. The first order was dropped? The second? The Customer Service person was not helpful.
