Worst customer service experience. App is has more restrictions on menu than I've seen on Doordash or Uber Eats. 4 orders since October that I got refund email confirmation on. Come to find out today those refunds were never processed and instead I got double charged on one of those transactions. Upon chatting with SI Fitzgerald on app support, I was first asked to check with my bank, then told he will fill a report, then he refused to compensate for inconvenience with bad attitude. DISAPPOINTED
