I have over $90 in gift card credits but they keep rejecting my orders with no reason given.
Customer service took hours to get back to me and offered no solution; told me they would contact me if they had questions.
They basically stole $90 from me.
I'm also a Type 1 Diabetic and I was counting on this service to be able to eat today. My blood sugar has gone down to unsafe levels three times since I first contacted customer service. It's literally a health and safety issue at this point and they are still doing basically nothing.
