There Customer Service is horrible. I know drivers don't have the ability to check orders because they are sealed. However, This should not be held against the customer when a item is missing. And this seems to happen alot. And Grub Hub will stop you if you get more then 2 refunds. Telling me that it has to be reviewed in 7 to 10 days and then they will let me know. We'll how about you call the restaurant ect very they forgot now..7- 10??Horrible customer service. Done with Grub Hub.
