I was trying to place an order on Grubhub with family members waiting. I kept on getting an error saying order has been cancelled and please contact customer service. BUT there was no phone number to customer service!
Finally changed payment method away from Paypal to a credit card and it finally worked after 20 minutes of frustration.
Grubhub needs to display a message on the screen explaining what the problem is or provide a phone number to call if there is an issue.
