Tonight is the last time I will ever get delivery through GrubHub. They have the worst customer service. I placed an order at 7:04 PM with an ETA on my food of 30-45 minutes. Then I get a text saying that it's going to be another 30-45 minutes. I finally get a text message saying my order has been delivered. I open my door and what do I see...NOTHING! I usually get a text message from both the app and the individual driver when my order is delivered, but this driver didn't even bother to text me. So I just received the standard delivery text. When I contacted customer service, the representative was giving me the run around when I asked her to either find out where my food was or provide me with a refund. She asked me for my address, phone number, etc. I was like I've been waiting for this order for 1.5 hours and then waited in the chat queue for another 15 minutes. I want a refund or my food. She said, "Let me see what I can do." What exactly is that supposed to mean? Taking someone's money and not delivering their product is stealing! Then she rudely just transferred me to a manager who was magically able to process a refund in a matter of minutes. He offered me a $15 discount code for my next order, but I told him to keep it. This whole situation was absolutely ridiculous! I would say 7/10 I use Grub Hub there is a problem with the order. Missing items, slow delivery, cold food, delivering stuff to the wrong address. This was the last straw for me. Luckily I have GrubHub plus free through my Amazon account because I definitely would not spend a single penny paying for this service! Now it's 9 PM and I have to go find something to eat. Unbelievable!
