I’m beyond upset with this app because it seems that every time I order from this app there is always something wrong with my order such a poor quality food, missing and Items. I always leave a tip and they charge additional fees so I spend a lot of money just for the convenience; but is it really that convenient if there is always an item missing? and now I’m being told that they can’t refund me for my missing drink that I ordered that was $5, This time they put an empty cup in my bag with no drink inside but because I requested refunds frequently they said they can not refund me and I explained that it’s not my fault that there is always an issue with my order I’m not sure if it’s because of the restaurant or the driver or if it’s because there is a lack of communication between the restaurant and the driver. I just deleted the app since it seems that there is nothing that they can do for me. I’m currently pregnant and was really craving this fruity drink and unfortunately I don’t have a car and my husband is at work so I wasn’t able to drive to pick up my order myself.
