Place in order for Taco Bell. Informed later that something has happened with the driver and they’re sending a new driver so Taco Bell order which has already been prepared was to be expected in another hour. Contacted customer service with a refusal for a refund and no understanding of why no one would eat our old taco. DoorDash from now on. I’ve never had that issue w them
