Order arrived over an hour late after already cancelled and got other food in person. When I tried to bring this up to the support service, they weren’t able to provide accurate time estimates, driver locations, or generally any status regarding the order.
Tried to gloss everything over with a $15 coupon, that’s only good for a few weeks. Will not be returning for business.
