I put a $200 gift card on my brand new account. I tried to place my first order and then they “froze”my account. I have no way of accessing it and Customer Service is completely useless. They told me to wait for an email from another department so meanwhile they’re stealing my $200. I don’t have a lot of confidence that I will get it back. They are disgusting and unprocessional. I basically threw $200 down the drain. How they can get away with this is beyond me. And there’s literally no one to speak to a customer service because they cannot “address that issue“
