Email from grubhub said 6:40-6:50. I didn't get my food until almost 7:30 which is double the original time. Called CS and they can only give a credit that is gone after a month. The service has gone downhill. Poor service leaves unhappy customers. I usually add a little extra tip... this time I wish I could have removed the tip. I don't know who messed up, but as the provider of the service Grubhub should have gave me some money back for the ridiculous wait time.
