Grubhub offers free delivery but they have revoked that offer from when I first started paying for Grubhub+. Now only a few restaurants near me offer Grubhub+ and I'm being charged more with Grubhub+ than a competitor would offer without a membership to their service.
Bait and switch garbage, do not buy Grubhub+.
