We have ordered grub hub 3 times in the last week. Today our order was missing items, wings were cold and hot dogs cold and rubbery. Called to tell them issue with order and they would not refund because the three times we ordered have all been incorrect, incomplete and cold. We live in Knoxville, TN and though it is not known for quality of workers In Restaurants, grub hub should be responsible to refund or replace e orders. We’re not trying to cheat the system or gain anything if the food delivered is uneatable or missing why should you have to pay for it. Not to mention the customer service is in a foreign country with no one in the United States to assist you.
